It constantly loses internet connection so since I can't count on this laptop for work/to use for my business/to stay connected to the internet, it is just now an expensive computer for shopping and checking social media. Very disappointed.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The first thing to do when you are having difficulty connecting to the internet is make sure your modem and router are working properly. Reset your modem and router according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Then check out, "Samsung PC will not connect the internet" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your connectivity. Easy to use. Good battery life so far. But lags a slight bit for a new computer. Very lightweight and comfortable to hold.
