I absolutely love this laptop! I decided to go with this one over the Book Edge 4. Of course the 360 mode to tablet is a plus, and Spen support is also great. The big beautiful amoled screen, snappy response, nice speakers and i love how this laptop seamless works with my S24 ultra. Overall no complaints! Thanks Best buy!

Love it! I've only had it for a little while so long term use can't be evaluated but so far so good! It's difficult for me to provide a breakdown at this time because I have not used it for long.

Best buy gave me excellent services. I recommend any any and everyone to get best buy protection. They back all my data on PC DEVICES. THEY SAVE ME TONS OF MONEY FOR REPAIR.

Awesome product for this price. Touchscreen amazing, colors are great. Fold it and it turns to a pad. And what’s more, it includes S pen. Nothing else can be said.

Wow! The screen is very fragile. I have had over 10 laptops through my professional career using them in a vehicle and in the field. I never broke one screen. This Samsung sits on our dining table when in use and is in a laptop bag when we are driving. The screen somehow got cracked, not sure how or when. I was told that the screen was due to abuse. If you buy this computer, treat it like when you buy eggs.
I do love the computer just not the delicate screen.
