Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 is fragile

My new Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 got a cracked screen after just 7 weeks of ownership. I found out it's a known problem with this model (Google it). Samsung warranty wouldn't cover it. Geek Squad took 10 days to diagnose obvious problem, then quoted $900 to repair it and couldn't tell me how long because the part is backordered (probably because so many owners are having this problem. Best Buy and Samsung should acknowledge this and fix the problem. Recommend you avoid this model.

It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. It offers you the ultimate peace of mind when added to your eligible devices. Your screen will crack for no reason.

This could have been a very nice laptop, but unfortunately, I had 2 of them and they will break just open it up 1 day and you'll see A crack. Even within 2 weeks, my first one crack, and It was just sitting on my desk, my second 1 cracked with in a week after I got it. No negligence, no drops. Just sitting there, it can happens spontaneously. The fact that Samsung doesn't mention or accept responsibility is insane, beware, you'll regret it if you buy it.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. All Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Check out, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" for some great information about keeping your device at its normal operating temperature.
