At first i wasnt sure about this purchase, but after thouroughly using it, this is indeed one of the best Chromebooks on the market. I say number 5 out of the top 5 of all of them at the time of this writing. Now remember, this a is a chromebook so it does not have all the features of a windows device. However, there are many excellent alternatives so that you arent missing out on the Pc experience. The screen is gorgeous, of course since it is a Samsung device. The UI is fresh, easy to use and straight to the point. I absolutely love the red color . It really does pop! The device is nice and speedy. It can handle any everyday activities you throw at it with ease. Going from laptop mode to pc is very fluent and the touchscreen is very reaponsive. All in all, this is a great buy.

I absolutely love it. i bought it specifically for schooling. it’s not made for any type of hard use such as gaming. i got a lot of compliments from my family about the color. everything was just great with the computer. the battery life is amazing. cant go wrong with it. i’d highly recommend over an apple macbook !

So I'll cut to the chase. The 1 flaw is only if you are a traveler and want to download a significant amount of content for offline viewing. Since this is only 64GB of memory, that can get eaten up pretty fast. So it needs more memory. And from what I can tell, you can't use the expandable memory (SD card slot) for most streaming services on chrome OS like you can for Android and Android tablets. So a larger harrdrive is kinda crucial hear. But if you use this in traditional means, this laptop is a great and more like 4.5 stars. I like it so much I've upgraded. Or am about to. Pros: - Scree/Display - QLED is great and just a touch below 4K AMOLED imho. - Keyboard is pretty easy and roomie. - Holds a charge and charges fast - Thin and light - Convertible to tablet mode - Touchscreen seems very responsive - Webcam did the trick during zoom calls. Not spectacular but serviceable Cons: - Seems to have slow downloads speeds for offline media content. - Not a suite of ports for backward integration or external devices for simulated desktop. - Doesn't come with a charger. That's pretty much all that I have to say. This could be a 5 given it's class as an entry. A little expensive but when on sale top notch for only having 4GB and a celeron processor. If you're looking for a laptop for simple work, web browsing, streaming, then you can't go wrong.

Amazing Chromebook, very sleek looking, light, fantastic speakers and the QLED panel is almost as good as the 4K on last year's model despite it only having 1080p. Battery life is awesome as I get 10-11 hours easy per charge. My wife has the i3 version which is exactly the same as this celeron unit in every way expect for the processor and storage space. I will say that for most people 64GB is enough storage as Chromebooks are made to work in harmony with cloud storage and I get 200GB of Google Drive storage. The Intel celeron 5205U processor is very solid and I currently have 5 windows open while typing this and listening to YouTube Music with no issues whatsoever. If you need more power for gaming you should spend the extra $150 but for me and likely most other people the celeron chip will be more than ample, even with 4GB RAM this Chromebook breezes through everything I throw its way.

The aluminum case is solid, the construction is precise (assembled in Vietnam), and the QLED screen is fantastic (almost certainly the best at this price point). Performance is middling - while I can live with the Celeron processor, if you wouldn't miss the $150 upgrade to i3, I'd probably go for it (the step up also includes 8gb ram and 128gb storage). Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend this Chromebook without reservation.

This laptop is really fast, lightweight and great for travel. So it was perfect for my needs. Also it is very easy to set up if you already have a google account. It was ready to use within minutes.

This lightweight chromebook.The designed quality itself is perfect. I loved it caused you can use it as laptop and/or a tablet. Battery is long lasting,i sometimes use it to charge my phone while watching movie but still it doesn't drain that easy.

Very easy to setup. Comes with all the bells and whistles. Also very light as far as weight is concerned. Beautiful picture if warm back light is not a problem for you. Battery life was not very long.

I'm still getting accustomed to Chrome OS. My work computer is a Mac, my home machine is a PC. This one is somewhere in between in terms of user experience. If you're not familiar with it I'd have to say it's like doing nearly everything through Google Chrome ... which of course it is. As a longtime Chrome user that comes pretty easily to me, but it's odd getting used to everything I've been doing through one program or another now being in my Chrome browser. That said, it's lightning fast and very good-looking, on the outside and in the display.

Great product. Easy to use. It was the perfect choice for me since I travel a lot.

This is my 3rd Chromebook. Love the look, love the smooth fast operation. The Samsung Chromebook 2 has a high quality feel and a great picture. I have yet to find any flaw in the build or operation. I often have 6-8 tabs running and it never stutters. I highly recommend to all except the serious gamer.

Not the fastest but it works pretty well. The screen is suprisingly nice along with the speakers being loud.

I love it super fast and easy to use. Suggestion put a better pic up because the pic on best buy doesn't do it justice its a awesome color kinda metallic red.

If you're looking for a casual laptop with a touch screen this might be the one for you. It's got good memory and it looks very sleek. It's lightweight and super-portable. Battery life is also very good. It works with external hard drives and such but be prepared to by some new cords if they're more than a couple years old.

Got this for a highschooler. It works well for assignments and love that it has a touch screen.
