This new Galaxy Chromebook Plus is a satisfying upgrade from my Samsung red Galaxy Chromebook 2. It has all of the Samsung quality you'd expect. My favorite feature is the super comfortable keyboard and trackpad along with the large screen. Works perfect when I plug into my LG widescreen monitor via ithe included HDMI port. The metallic blue exterior color is very on trend and suits me better than red. I'm so far only scratching the surface of the baked in AI features.

This Samsung is the 2nd one i have purchased. It is much faster than the first one and thinner. These chromebooks are great with an awesome high resolution screen and powerful processor. Samsung is the only brand i would consider based on their quality and performance.

The best laptop I've ever had. Very easy to use and basically idiot proof, which is very important for me when it comes to 21st century technology

The screen on this chromebook is fantastic, the keyboard feels great to type on and it performs well with the Chrome OS and Linux loaded onto it also. A great Chromebook

Beautiful and a really nice keyboard. The screen is gorgeous and when you lift the top its very smooth. The laptop does not come up with it.

I went from a 2017 Chrome Pixel that I loved, however old, to the Galaxy Chromebook, which I love more. Extremely pleasant to use. Bright screen, big touchpad, light and thin. I also really appreciate the numeric keypad and the addition of a delete key in addition to the backspace, as well as a few other new keys. Easy to migrate and setup all my favorite apps.

First off lightweight great screen quality (not touch screen should be for the price) Good Keyboard and trackpad but the orientation of the track pad to accommodate the numbers keys causes my palm to accidentally touch the track pad while typing.. Battery life is poor in comparison to the advertised usage.

Love the ease of use. The battery life is amazing. Boots up super fast.

Bright though somewhat pixelated AMOLED screen, with a ultrathin and ultralight chassis. However, the number pads squeezed o into the right side take up unnecessary space making one feel asymmetric while typing. I also noticed inadvertent back jumping of the cursor while typing, evidently due to a subtle problem (also reported by at least one other review of this Chromebook) with palm rejection of the quite sensitive track pad. Overall, Overall, $699 is a hefty MSRP for a non-touchscreen clamshell, although Samsung is setting an innovative trend for Chromebooks with OLED display while increasing screen size and decreasing form factor.

Very good for a Chromebook large screen and good keyboard

This is my first time owning a Chromebook. There are few learning curves but over all I am pleased with this chromebook.

After owning this computer for over a month, I feel like I can give an honest review of it. Immediately after I set it up, I noticed the mousepad wasn't working properly or as I thought it should, mainly noticing it while scrolling (using the two finger scrolling method). After a week or two, I ordered a Samsung bluetooth mouse (from the manufacturer's website because Best Buy didn't have it). Since receiving the mouse, I haven't noticed any other issues (still have issues with mousepad). I find myself using it more than my last Chromebook, it connects easily to my other Samsung devices and appliances (Smart Things app and linking), and the number pad on the side is convenient. I love it.

Good clear picture compatibility with my phone and tablet what else could you want

I chose this one because it integrates to android phones without knowing it is pretty much one itself so normal things wont work as easy on it. While they take additional effort to get them to work on it, (example firefox) id have appreciated knowing that prior to my purchase.

Overall does everything I needed it too, a little bit bigger than expected

The Samsung Chromebook was very easy to set up and for us we did not need all the things that other laptops have. It gets us to all the websites we use and our e-mail. Works great for us and totally recommend.

Ultra thin and light. It has all the features I wanted including a numeric key pad and backlit keys. Love it!

Associate was great. My daughter is liking her samsung chromebook so far.
