My favorite Samsung phone yet. Note 20. My second note phone. 6th Samsung phone in a row, over the last 12 years. Love Samsung and this one has been excellent. Still has great battery life after 2 years of heavy use. Especially during the pandemic it has had even more online gaming than any of my previous phones. For a phone to last me 2 years is amazing. I think it's my first smart phone that i haven't broken over the course of the first 2 years. I'm a contractor and my phones get wet and extremely dirty/dusty. Never had any issues. Occasionally I'll get a notice that my charging port is damp, but wireless charging still works fine. Usually only after i get soaked in the rain while working. Still Original battery and battery life is probably still 80% or better from when it was new. Primarily use wireless charger and it's great with Samsung fast charger. 2 hours for full charge from like 10%. Even better with the 25w wall charger from Samsung. Fully recommend this phone. Even after 2 years of updates, still the faster than my note 9 was. Never gets overheated. 5 out of 5 stars across the board. 2 years and the screen still functions perfectly. Always had great touch sense. Pen works perfect as well. Still original. Never had a sync issue. Great phone!

Very durable ive dropped it so many times and it still hasnt cracked

I am an avid fan of the Samsung note series as I have had one since the note 2. I went through apple and still wasn't as happy as I am with the galaxy note 20 5g. It's battery is amazing, processor is ridiculously fast and camera is awesome. Definitely a great buy. No need for the ultra as there is not much of a difference.

There's nothing that I can think of that the vanilla Note 20 is outstanding at, but it is GOOD at just about everything. Decent battery life, gets me through the whole work day with 20 or 30 percent left. The pen functionality is what I have come to expect from the Note line, useful and practical. The screen is good, but not eye-popping. Some are upset that this model comes with a plastic back. It looks nice, and I don't mind so much, because I always have a case on it. I'm ok with it, and I only care that the phone functions as it should. If there is one disappointment, I would say it is the camera. Coming from a Pixel 3xl that takes fantastic pictures, the Note 20nis a bit of a letdown. I find it's not as agressive as the Pixel at auto adjusting my shots to get those perfectly clear, worry-free pics. Also, the shutter has a bit of a delay, so if you move the phone right after taking the shot, it's likely your picture will come out blurry. Hopefully some of this can be approved with software updates.

Giant upgrade from Samsung Galaxy 6! Much faster. Wonder how I ever did without a stylus. It is very large, and I had to get new chargers due to the USB-C connections. And I miss the earphones jack.

Omg...I love love my Note 20 5g,this phone is amazing.Battery life is great & the design is awesome, & the camera,well let's just say iPhone you don't have nothing on this Samsung camera,they did marvelous on it,I came from iPhone 11 & loved it but I always loved Samsung, & always wanted a Note & I can say this Note will never leave my side. I never have left a review for NO phones b4,but before I had got this phone, I read the reviews &was skeptical about getting it cuz it was a lot of negativity, but more positives, so I got it & love it, my service is awesome, I love the pen, the fingerprint scanner works great, even the face unlock, so quick, wouldn't trade this phone for nothing or no other phone in the world... great job Samsung!!!

I am a Personal Property Appraiser and I have to travel a lot for work and I don't always want to drag my laptop with me. I can write notes, put them in a Word document, open Excel files, whatever I need I can do from my Note. I love it! I've had 3 prior Samsung phones (the S7 was one of the best) and I am happy to finally own a Note that does everything I need. I am always taking pictures for work too and this is clearly one of the most versatile and best cameras ever seen on a phone. I don't understand what the big deal is about Apple phones - Samsung has gone far and beyond what Apple could ever do and they don't limit you to specific products offered by them. I can't think of anything I can't do. And I was 30 before I ever bought a cell phone! I'm showing my age but the point is that this phone is also easy to navigate and understand. And any questions, help is always available. This phone is worth every penny. Get it NOW! You won't regret it!

Love this phone! I decided to get a nicer phone for the camera. Awesome camera and LOVE the stylus. I am an interior designer and this will come in handy for drawing or taking pictures and drawing over to show design concepts. Love the size. It is bigger, but I love it. The screen resolution is very clear and I am happy I upgraded. I tried getting by with a cheaper Google Pixel 4a and soon glad I returned and upgraded.

Bought for my wife, went from a google pixel to this. No contest. I already have a note 5, but this is perfect for her. She loves taking pictures and its easy to use with all the other options. Way faster than the pixel also.

I finally broke down and upgraded!! I have had my Ssmsung Note 8 for years with no issues. I loved it but really thought it was time for an upgrade after reviewing the new Samsung Note 20. I am so happy with it. Most features are the same, camera is amazing with a few added features. I didn't choose the Ultra but have heard from friends that it also is just as awesome.

This phone is awesome. The battery lasts all day with no issue. The display is crisp and clear. The camera is by far the best I have ever seen on a Samsung phone. The only issue I have with this phone is that you cannot use memory cards for extended storage. If not for that I would have given this phone five stars.

Been using for a year now and I like it, but I qet very frustrated with this phone. Apparently the S20 Note operating system is the tablet version not smartphone version. Some apps are very glitchy. That said, I love the large screen and the camera is very good.

I had a Note 9 for three years and was pretty happy with it but my carrier was starting to deactivate apps and make stuff break so I would buy a new one. This was on a BOGO so I got two and have been very happy with both. It was incredibly easy to transition because Samsung has the Easy Transfer app that just connects them via cable and puts everything in the new phone exactly where it was in the old phone. I then managed to capsize a canoe into a snowfed lake with my phone in my pocket. Couldn't get back in and had to swim to shore and figured my phone would be toast by the time I got to shore as it had been in freezing cold water, fully submerged, for at least 10 minutes, but it acted like nothing had happened. It never powered off, worked immediately, and other than warning me that "we have detected moisture in the usb or charging port" there was no problem with the phone at all. Just an excellent quality device, built well, and made to be beat up.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note20 to replace my Samsung Galaxy Note8. The Galaxy Note8 held up well and so far I have not been disappointed by this one. It charges up fast, the camera is awesome and I love having the stylus to work with. I read that they might be discontinuing the Note which I certainly hope is not true. As long as they are available it will be the phone that I purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a phone.

Bought this for my 11 year old grandson and he loves it. The phone is beautiful. No complaints on the battery life. Camera is great and size is not too big. Recommend this phone.

I went to BB to get a cheaper phone, but when I saw this, on sale, with the stylist pen, and how easy it was to use, I gave it a chance. I am so pleased with my choice. This phone has been pretty easy to get use to, I'm old and not to tech savvy. My GF has helped me get more familiar with the features this phone has. I really like the pen, as I wasn't much of a texter prior to this phone. The pen makes it so much easier. The other feature I really like, is the NOTES. Grrreat tool for those of use that tend to forget what it is we were doing or needed to buy while at the store.

Everything I expected and More ! OnlyThing I miss is the headphone jack. Guess I will have to buy wireless earbuds next! Still learning what all the amazing Camera Can do. Love the Stylus and all of its functions! Wish I had a User Manual
