I got this phone because I didn't want to spend another $300 for the s5. They are so similar its hard to tell the difference. Good battery life, beautiful screen, and fast. They have updated these to android 4.4.2 so its the same op system as the S5.

I've had Sprint for almost 2 years. My first phone was a Motorola Photon 4G and it was awful! I tried to return it but they convinced me to keep it. I couldn't wait to upgrade. I use my phone for calling, texting, emailing, gaming, internet use, making notes to remember things (with or without reminders), as a password keeper, as a calendar, as an mp3 player, as a camera, as an alarm, as a flashlight, to check the weather and to get direction and traffic info. (That's all I can come up with for right now.) The Samsung so far has been much better than the Motorola Photon. The battery life is better, the email actually works, I don't have to download a ton of apps just to make it work the way I want to, the cell service has better, and it's faster. It doesn't take forever to open games or apps like my last phone or to switch from one thing to another. I like the picture gallery app it has and the camera is pretty cool. I ended up getting it for $50 so I really think it was worth it. The only issue I've had was that Samsung did some update and it reverted back to the way it was when it was new and all my customization was gone. But I figured it out and all was good. It has a lot of options for customizing as well, which I love. I'm still getting used to the keyboard as it's pretty different than what I'm accustomed to but it's fine. I liked my "user dictionary" on my old phone and this one doesn't seem to have one which is a minuscule negative. Oh and the phone being large is a negative and positive! It's great to look at and whatnot but not very pocket, purse or single handed use friendly since it's so large. (If you have larger hands it's probably fine.) I bought an Otter Box case and it's been in it since I bought it. The screens crack people so protect your phone. Overall, I like this phone immensely more than my last phone and I would totally recommend it.

Technology has finally caught up with my expectations with the Samsung Galaxy S4. This is the phone I thought I was going to get many years ago with the Instinct. Great size 5 inch diagonal screen. Not too big, not too small. I liked the Note II size even more for viewing movies, but realistically wouldn't be comfortable in my pocket. Getting the right protect case was important. I ended up with the Speck case (was $10 on clearance) - it added some depth to the phone like it is better protected (felt too skinny with the rocket fish case and that one didn't fit right either). Has great features - check them out online. It's fast. 4G LTE is fast and WAP is as well. 4G LTE is available where I live - check out Sprint site for availability (Sprint needs to add more areas quicker). Sprint has unlimited everything - main reason with them instead of Verizon or AT&T. Takes good pictures. Fast Internet. Fast Quad core processor. Bigger battery that previous models - finally lasts all day without running out of battery! Came with 16GB - which is what I had made my other one using SD card.

This is the best smart phone I have had! It has awesome sound, runs apps smoothly, easy to use, good call quality, large screen, and lightweight. I also love the purple color. Very sleek looking! The camera on this phone takes just as good of pictures and videos as my digital camera, if not better.

I was happy with my Samsung Galaxy S2 but went for the upgrade to the S4. Larger screen, clearer picture, faster processor, better battery life. Larger than the S2 but still fits in my pocket. Definitely worth the upgrade to the S4. Get a good case. I recommend the Cygnett Workmate.

I loved this phone so much, I bought one for my mom, she loves it!! She is about to go on a cruise & she enjoys the high quality camera, takes amazing pictures, easy to use!

First of all, I really like this phone, I use to have a iPhone 4s, I felt like I was limited to do what I wanted to do, search the web and be on the phone, write a memo while reading. Things I couldn't do with iPhone, I got to do with the Samsung Galaxy S4, It's great overall, i was really happy when I go the phone and had all the features that I wanted. First the color, Blue Artic, its really cool how the color shines through the sun, the camera that allows me to take video and pictures AT THE SAME TIME, awesome! The sound quality when recording a video or listening to Spotify, its great when you plug the aux cable into your car and the phone signals you that its dangerous listening to high volume, its like the phone cares and looks out for you. It's the little things that count and makes me want to share how great this phone is with everyone. Oh, I almost forgot, having the ability to have 17 and more web browser pages open (not like the iPhone where it was only 8) and having music playing, while using maps, while downloading files and uploading pictures all at the same time and the phone doesn't slow down and the battery life still contains it self, there's time I don't charge the phone for 2 full (48hrs) days. Super Awesome! The other thing I like is that I don't have expensive charger cables, it uses USB to Micro USB, easy, simple; so if you loose your cable, you can go and purchase any USB to Mirco USB cable, not your expensive charger cable. I can go on and on, simply its a great phone overall.

I was not sure I was ready to move from the Galaxy 2 to the Galaxy 4, but Best Buy had a great deal just before Thanksgiving. After using the Galaxy 4 just 2 days I decided it was the right move. Now after a month I am evevmore convienced. The picture quality is fantastic, the ease of using the phone is great. It is very fast, faster than I expected. Has better reception than the Galaxy 2. I live in an area with weak signal, the Galaxy 4 gives me more stronger signal than my wifes Galaxy 3.

It had been almost 3 years since my last phone purchase. The Samsung Galaxy S4 was on sale at Best Buy and advertised all the features I was looking for. I am extremely pleased with the overall size and setup of the phone, battery life, memory space, calendar options, and camera. The phone is easy to use, and I have no complaints thus far.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a fantastic phone. It looks very good and it works wonderfully . Great features and a excellent camera and the size and feel of the phone is also a plus. and the price I got it at Best Buy was even more amazing. This phone does so much its to much to explain in this little space but believe me it does a LOT!!!. Excellent Phone.

I really like this phone, in regards to the high quality pictures & video recording, the sound clarity & all of the neat features that I still haven't put to use yet. However, I've become a bit frustrated with the fact that every time I use the redial function in rapid succession (like calling in for a radio contest, where I call, hang up, redial, repeat), after a few times of the call going thru I suddenly get no sound & cannot tell if the call went thru or not. I can then make no other calls until I shut down/restart the phone. This has also happened a few times even without doing the constant redialing, where it seems like it is taking a long time to put the call thru but after I restart it, the call goes right thru...weird! The battery gives me more than a full days use without needing a recharge, & I've even gone more than 2 days before recharging, but it depends on my app use. When I play games, it usually drains the battery faster. Overall, I would recommend this phone to Android OS users, as I find it much easier & user-friendly than the iPHONE, which my wife prefers.

Love this phone nothing wrong so far replaced it with my apple Glad I did much better phone. Love everything about it the size the camera the screen how light it is. No negatives so far. Don't be scared to switch from a apple will be glad you did.

Must say this is a Near Perfect Product for any and all users of telephones, computers, and cameras, (including video equip). The ease of use is incredible, and the light-weight of the product and its thinness make it all the more attractive, not to mention the ability to adjust most every feature making totally customizable for each individual owner/user. The Galaxy (S4) must stand for (Superlative-4) because it is by far "a head above" every other Cell Phone today!!! So, Great job Samsung, & to BestBuy also for deciding to market it!!

This phone is very easy to use, excellent camera, excellent battery life. The IPhone has nothing on Samsung's phones without a dought.

Got this phone free with 2 year contract about a month ago and have been very happy so far. Large screen, great resolution, fast processor, long battery life. No complaints so far.

Overall this is a great phone. I would like to see a more robust metal version at some point. I'll have to wait and see about the durability of this device, but the features are great. Removable battery and SD card are a big plus. The Samsung Android interface is great, however there are a lot of features that I could care less about. More features to interest more people is never bad. The phone is just the right size. It fits perfectly in the hand and is very light. The touchscreen is also quick to respond with no lag. The camera is great, but colors aren't exactly perfect. Most people won't even notice this but its worth mentioning.
