I like Samsung, and this is diffenetley a new experience

Samsung has it going on with the camera in this phone. The photo editing software is also the shizzzz. I have to hand it to Samsung as they plowed Apple right into the ground on this. Check out my pics as a testimony. Btw I ❤️ my Apple devices.

I have gone through more phones than you can imagine. This is my absolute favorite! And you won't believe the camera quality!

I love the color and overall design. Its easy to operate. The size is perfect for hand.I just hope that it will resist longer than my other Samsung phones.

Excellent phone I bought it a while ago and now I wanted to buy another to give away but I no longer found, very good purchase

First look is great, but after one and a half years of use, multiple problem occurs. WiFi can drop several times when playing video games and watching videos. Besides, this phone can gets really hot when charging, so I have to charge it at somewhere with good airflow. With a 4,500mAh battery but a 2k 120hz display (2k and 120hz cannot turn on at the same time), the phone needs to be twice a day when under heavy usage. The so-called “super fast charging” feels pretty slow to me (25W, takes a little bit over 1h to 100% charge). However the display itself is great, and it feels really light and comfortable when holding.

Cracked my S10+ screen. Caught Best buy when the new note dropped so the price of the s20+ was done so I had to grab it.

The best phone ever. Perfect size, light weight, amazing picture, and the camera is amazing.

My girlfriend loves her new Galaxy S20+ 128GB Cloud Blue phone that I got for her birthday! She upgraded from a Galaxy S7 that was starting to slow down. Mine is still the Galaxy S8, and I'm still okay with my phone. I thought the S20+ might be too big, but it's only slightly larger than my S8. The S20+ is sweet though--charges very quickly, holds a charge more than 1 day with heavy use, and it's lighting fast compared to our older phones. The camera's on this phone are so good. You'll never need a separate camera anymore for trips, as this camera is that good!! Oh, and the setup and transfer of apps and data to S20+ was very easy and quick via wireless between the old and new phone. My girlfriend and I are Samsung phone owners for life, unless somebody comes along and somehow tops their phones. The iPhone is nice too, but I strongly prefer the Samsung phones running Android. Her phone is so nice that I'll probably get an S21+ when it's available early next year.

Excellent phone overall, except for the fingerprint scanner. I upgraded from the S8 so definitely experiencing all the latest improvements Samsung has made in the past few years from the clear and fast responsive screen to the great camera features from stabilization to fairly low light video and pictures it takes. Also battery life is very decent, can run a normal day of work and play on a single charge and even if I run low on longer days the recharge capabilities is fast. Just can't believe the fingerprint scanner couldn't be any better for such a high tech premium phone but will not knock a star since it's my only gripe and all other features has me stoked. Like being able to wireless recharge my Gear S3 with my phone which is awesome. If your coming from the S8 or earlier then you will love this phone, just mind the fingerprint sensor.

Pros: I have enjoyed using this phone thoroughly since I purchased it. I love the screen size and clarity of the picture quality! It also has an all day battery that keeps up with me! Camera is also great, and installing an additional memory card was a cinch. I also enjoy 5G coverage in my area. For an average user, this is a great phone! Cons: Not too sure about all the other benefits of ownership of this phone. However, there are some drawbacks. I miss the aux headphone port. Although it did come with some headphones that use the power-port to also transmit audio. Guess there's no avoiding this now! Also, when running on max settings, the phone tends to have about 50-70% of the normal battery life that I enjoy while running on lower settings. The phone was also a little pricey, and I'm having to reassess if the phone really is worth the premium price considering other options and the use of an "average" user. Overall: Good phone, great quality build, very responsive. If you have the cash, go for it!

Best phone I've had for three years straight. I just wish they never got rid of the expandable memory after this generation

This phone is just as amazing as it looks in pictures/videos online. Both back & front cameras are impeccable, battery life is very long-lasting, display is crisp, audio is loud & rich & the aura blue color looks too good...I bought this phone outright, finally broke away from team apple & I don't regret it one bit

I cant say enough about this phone, its just a great product from Samsung. I was a Galaxy guy years back then decided to give the IPhone a try and had a few of those. I had the IPhone XSMax and was bored of it so now came back to the Galaxy and am super happy I did. I find cool new things that I can customize all the time, for example, edge lighting when you get a notification, you can change not only the color but also the size and speed. The camera is excellent, battery lasts a long time depending on how much you use it and the screen is just beautiful. You will ove this phone.

It seems like they're coming out with a new family of phones every 6 months, but this is definitely one phone I don't see myself getting rid of any time soon. The camera takes crisp shots. I have a bunch of pictures and apps across the phone's storage and my added SD Card (128GB). The phone doesn't lag on me ever and now that Sprint has teamed up with T-Mobile, I don't notice a difference from my home wifi and being outside. It's probably best to use this phone with a case, since it's all glass, but I just rock a bumper case so I can still see the trippy blue back. Definitely going to ride with this phone until the wheels fall off!

After a week of use, I am enjoying the optical zoom, 5G coverage is decent in my area and the phone is much faster than my S8+. So I am happy with my purchase. The drawbacks - the phone is a bit overpriced, and Samsung has started putting advertising in their apps which drives me nutzo. Use the music app? Every 7 days it tries to sell you Spotify, no matter that the app already includes Spotify and I have Spotify installed on the phone. Eew. That might be a reason for some to switch to Apple at a comparable price point. On the plus side, compared to the S8, it is very easy to ignore Bixby (Samsung's Siri like thing). Sadly they stuck a news app where Bixby used to reside if you swipe left of the 1st home page. Really - neither Apple nor Samsung or Microsoft for that matter should be trying to be a news outlet. A (smart)phone should be a (smart)phone. Let me use Chrome to get my news.

This is a lot of phone. The display is outstanding. The phone is fast and I get 5G around town most of the time. It is the slower implementation of 5G so not a big jump but this phone supports the faster 5G protocol when it finally gets installed. If you are a phone freak there are endless settings to tweak. My only complaint would be the same across the various brands of phones: the bloatware. There is a lot on this phone. It will give you so many notifications using the default setting you have to go in and weed out the silly stuff. The hardware is superb. My battery life is great although I am not a power user. The software is not bad, there is just too much of it. You're gonna love this phone.

I absolutely love this phone! The screen size is nice, not to small and not to big. The camera takes wonderful pictures, very sharp, unlike my other samsung phones in the past. My pictures always looked blurry or dull, main reason for my upgrade. Battery life is also great. If I forget to put on the charger the night before, I don't have to worry about it dying the next day. Bought as an open box-excellent to save a little money, but a great buy!

I bought this mainly for the camera 65 mega pixels. This is their next to the top of the line. You can tell the quality difference in the pictures compared to other phones especially when you enlarge/zoom in on pictures. Has a lot of features and still learning how to use some of them. As far as everything else with the phone no complaints. Like I said I bought it for the camera. It is a bit costly but I keep my phones, last one I had for over 4 years. Best Buy was great for helping me transfer from my old phone and getting it set up.
