Bought this phone to replace my old Galaxy phone that was over 5 years old. This phone has many improvements over the old phone and is 100% better. I need it in my business.

I really love this phone. I have owned galaxies for a really long time. I dont think I will ever switch to an iphone. Happy!!

Samsung products are great. This device has done everything I can ask for. The only con is that many accessories are not made for the FE (Fan Edition) version.

Well we did get a new phone for my wife the web page was easy to work around in and make the purchase. That is where most of the transaction went down hill, you can't go in the store to pick up what you has bought and when you get the phone all you have is a phone and a box no service support at all I had to install the sim card which by way did not work. Which forced me to go into the ATT store which was a lot more helpful than Best buy. Not a happy camper.

After a few bumps the phone seems working as should. For my needs more than enough.

This phone is the best phone you can buy for the money right now. I went from a Note 9 to this, and this phone is a fair bit better than the Note 9.

This was my first upgrade of a phone and that was awesome. I got really used to the ease of this phone.

Still going strong and yeah, last of few Galaxy phones with an optional SD card storage.

Phone works as expected. Much more affordable than the Gakaxy S20 and I don't notice a difference. Nice and unique color also.

I like the phone, it was mailed to me as the store didn’t have it in stock. So far so good, but a bit more info on Best Buy’s website and in store info should have been nice.

Best S20 for the price. 120hz refresh rate and the graphics are great. Speed, can't beat it.

So far I like it. Takes a little getting used to like all new phone. Got very good service from Best Buy.

Pricing with applied rebate was one consideration for purchasing this phone. Would have preferred a had copy instruction manual instead of an online one

I purchased this phone for my mom for her birthday. She is happy with it and it works great.

I like my new phone but just realized that there is no earphone port. So I can't listen to my audio books. Why did they remove this feature?
