Nice BUT Heavy. I would recommend the phone for heavy game users tv watchers.

S20 ultra is an over all good phone. easy to use, camera and video are great. the only thing I don't really care to much for it the fingerprint reader on the front of the screen I much prefer it being on the back of the phone

I have been using Galaxy phones in the past and then decided to switch to LG phones 3 years ago but it was never the same. Now I am back with the SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 ULTRA 5G! Love this new phone with super array of features. Highly recommended! Thank you Samsung!!!

Great family of phones. I've had all the Galaxy S+ phones except 4 and 5. The camera on this doesn't seem to be as sharp as the previous phones in certain modes. Then again, so many new features, I still need to explore.

Mainly due to the guy who ordered it, did it all wrong, but the mgr was able to figure it out, took 3 trips to the store, and being sent to another 3rd party Sprint store and back to Best Buy We will only order from the MGR next time

Item arrived on time and seems to be in good working order. So far it's been a smooth transition on my phone bill from the previous phone to this 1. Still not clear about insurance coverage but that's the Carrier not Best Buy.,

The only think I would say and it is generally speaking for all Samsung devices. Their preloaded apps should be up to the end user and not decision of corporate heads. Because most of their stuff is pure garbage.

Purchased this for my mother in law. Unfortunately we returned it because it was too much phone for her. Nothing wrong with the phone itself and I'm definitely going to get one when it's time for me to renew.

Phone is great, however the 4g is spotty at times and 5g is almost nonexistent. Have only seen it come up twice. That's not the phones fault, that lays with the carrier. Very pricey for what is is though.

This phone has exceeded my expectations with great quality images, pictures & sound. I love the ease & feel of my new phone. Even loving my new case I bought separately. It’s a lifesaver.

This latest Samsung phone allows you to take photos from a distance. Unable to get 5g with the current Sprint/T mobile service at this time. I wish I had just purchased the S20.

Every time I upgrade phone I will be going only to Best buy. I did try the sprint store and they never meet expectation on speed and efficiency. Best buy is always fast and great service.

Samsung is one of the best phones that I have used. This is always my "go-to" phones, and would suggest to others.

I had the Samsung Note8. It was a good device. This one is has everything the old one did but with a lot more. I would recommend this to anyone.

I still have this phone. It a great phone for light use but youtube, Spotify and streaming kill battery in 4 to 5 hours.
