the phone is great, I had the s9+ and upgraded to the s20 ultra. The battery last all day long, the pictures & videos are great. The phone is a little big but overall I am enjoying it.

excellent camera with way better zoom capabilities and has a great video recorder. More memory and quicker internet with 5G technology. Would definitely recommend this phone.

Great phone to use. The 120 hz screen is buttery smooth. Battery lasts all day. No hiccups whatsoever. Came from an XS max and wouldn't look back.

Great camera, but pricey. If you have the S9 i would not upgrade, but if you have the S8 it is worth it.

Once my wife received the phone she was super excited she is a long time Samsung user so she was very aware of the capabilities of the New Ultra 20 Phone but like most gifts she will enjoy this one for a while. The screen displays a beautiful picture, very easy to navigate the apps and lets no forget During this Covid 19 Pandemic Netflix looks Amazing on the phone.

Many wonderful features that my Galaxy Note 9 didn't have. Yet I have 2 issues holding back a 5 star rating. 1. No stylus. I like my stylus on my Note 9. 2. There should be a PowerPoint Presentation offered, virtually. I am not a tech person, yet I retired after decades as a health care provider. What can the average senior citizen be expected to do with a Galaxy S20 ultra phone?

I love this phone it has the best of the everything I thought people always gona complain about something they should appreciate that Samsung always try to improve and get better like they say is no about to copy is about to make it better after all they take a big bite of the apple with the parts they made for others

I hesitant at first about the size of the ultra vs my S9+, but when side by side the ultra is only about an inch taller. Display and operation are a good upgrade from my S9+ . Samsung did well trying to make one-handed operation of the phone a good thing. So far I'm happy with the upgrade.
