I love it! The size is not too big and the colors are sharp and clean when taking pictures or video! I like the way you can zoom in close on something high up or far away and can crop pictures from a video! I have more storage now and love the colors you can buy! The price was very affordable too!

Upgraded from a S10 to the S21. While the S10 has been a great phone, the S21 has already surpassed it in performance. The button rearrangement has taken some time to get used to. And the lack of SD slot is sort of a bummer, but other than that it's a much better phone.

This is probably the best phone I've ever owned, The only downside is my carrier which has preloaded the phone with useless apps that cannot be uninstalled. If you have the option of getting an unlocked version, which won't have these apps, I would recommend doing so.

I bought the Samsung S21 because my daughter has one and loves it. I feel the same way about my phone . I love the beautiful pictures that I take of my grandsons .

Bought this for my son who is 14. It was a tremendous upgrade from his previous phone. It works great, great camera and he had had no complaints. He is able to stream to our car's video screens which he absolutely loves!

My daughter was going to buy a refurbished phone but I splurged and got her this one…needless to say she was happy. Transaction was smooth. Hone is sleek. Screen bright and camera wows. She loves it.

I just got my phone last Saturday. So it's been a week. So far so good. I don't like the fingerprint login. I can never get it the print just right so I always end up using my password.

Its a nice phone. Small like i wanted. The reception is worse than my last phone tho. Ill see if i can get it fixed up. Customer service at Best buy is great!

This phone packs a lot of power. The battery life has been very good. I upgraded from the Samsung Note 9. I've been very pleased thus far.

Love the ease of access for this phone. It was a bit saddening to lose the SD card slot but as I have never maxed out the memory, it's fine with me to lose it.

This is a really great phone and I really like it. It is doing everything I want it to do very well. I do miss the headphone plug in though.

Aside from the salesperson, who didn't do anything i asked. My phone already is at 28% full after less than a week, my battery life is half a day. I had to buy a charging tap, phone doesn't have a headphone jack. I do not know how to delete any apps I don't need. My photos are in three different locations. I really need some physical help who wants to help.

I bought this phone couple weeks ago. So far, I do like the phone. Pretty easy to use. Picture quality is good.
