Product itself is great so far. Still learning features of upgraded model. Delivery to store was delayed, and I did not get notification, so went to pick it up. Had to make a return trip. Staff was great about helping transfer data.

It does exactly what is expected. There is an adjustment time with the relocations of the sound control buttons/ screen shot technique. No option for a micro SD card, so go big with memory.

So far - so good! Too much redundant and predatory software. Of course you can not delete or eliminate it. Oh, what a wonderful world it would be if everyone didn't have a license to pick your pocket.

bestbuy broke my new phone even before i got my hands on it by sticking the pin in the microphone hole instead of the sim card hole and then lying to me about it when they did it right infront of me and said it was an adjustment hole and then said there was nothing wrong with the phone. i never got a chance to hold it. i even told the guy it was the wronghole and he insisted on jammingh the pin in anyway multiple times. when a manager came he said that was normal for the sim slot not to open on the first few tries.

I love getting my phones from Best Buy instead of going to verizon store.. great deals and i always feel taken care of extra special by the Phone team at best buy West Hollywood, Ralph ion particular goes out of his way to do a great job!

This phone is very similar to my previous Samsung phone. I was expecting something better. It does everything well, but is really not any faster or different.

Blown away. I was living in the dark ages with my previous phone, so upgrading to an almost top of the line...it's like going from a yugo to a lambo.

The phone seems to be working very well and Andrew is the best at Customer service and needs to be promoted to a manager. He is so knowledgeable and very courteous.

So far, the phone has been great. Not that different than my Galaxy S10+. It was very easy to move all of my data between the phones.

Time spent dealing with sales person was enjoyable and interesting. All my questions were answered quickly and easy to understand.
