I love it cause it very user friendly and for some one like me that's important . Computers and me usually don't get along they like to freeze up ..this one hasn't and works great

It was easy to sync and immediately start using. The camera is ok, wish it had a clearer picture. I got the tablet for skype and look forward to using the camera for that purpose.

I use to surf the net, play games and email. Also use to stream Netflix, etc with my Chromecast. My iPad was getting old, slow and wouldn't accept updates any longer. Found this to be a much cheaper replacement for what I need.

Dexter and Evan were very helpful and knowledgeable when I purchased the tablet. I had lots of questions and they were able to answer them. We've been very happy with the tablet.

I love this tablet its like my phone but bigger can do everything i enjoy on my phone on the tablet!! Keeps me busy on slow days!!

At first I thought I was not going to be able to use it that it was going to be to difficult to us, but my Daughter helped me set it up taught me how to use it I love it!!!

Syncs with my Hotmail account. Syncs with One Note and Microsoft Office programs. Lots of apps in the store. Nice looking tablet, and the screen resolution is satisfactory.

I got the Samsong tablet 4 that came out not to long ago.. I'm happy with the product for the most part.. There is just one thing that drives me crazy and the thing is that when you are using it there is a chance that it will freeze and then restart and your good for a bit or there is the other crazy thing is that all of a sudden the screen will go blue and freeze and once again restart. I have done a factory restart thinking that it will fix the problem,but it has not fixed it... If I can get this problem fixed then I will be really happy with my tablet... Just remember if you get a electronic products from best buy or any other company then the best thing you can do is GET iT...as it stands now would I recommend this no I wouldn't due to these issues I am having.. Once I get them fixed... Then I will recommend this tablets to other people

It is good learning tablet for my 8 year old. Great educational apps and games. Easy to use for WiFi and great search tool. Just need a USB port to take it to the next level.

We have a nicer Samsung tablet that we bought 6 months prior to purchasing this model. This one has all the features that we needed for half the price of the nicest model.

The product is great and Samsung once again did a great job. I just can't understand how come such high end product, well priced, offers only 16GB. I know you can expand the capacity with a MichoSd, but 16GB nowadays means nothing!

excellent for the price. ipad does have a better display, but it is not bad. It's only 1/3 of the price of the ipad, so I can't complain. A great value for what you pay.

This product is so easy to set up and use. We primarily use it for learning/teaching apps for our toddler. He can navigate his way around and uses the tablet with ease.

I love the apps available for the tablet especially the Kindle app for reading books. It is easy to use and really enjoy the calendar already on the tablet upon purchase.

The Galaxy tablet was just as promised. Quick, clear display, large viewing area. really purchased at a very nice price.

After using my Samsung Galaxy 8" tablet I thought it would be nice to have a larger one. I bought the 10" and I love it. It's great for watching movies and playing games.

I'm coming from a first generation Kindle Fire. Can't beat this tablet. I already have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone and love it. Thought I'd stick with the brand. Glad I did. The tablet is easy to use and very fast. My apps work so much better on this tablet. Plus it's nice to be able to access both the Google and Amazon app stores.

Awesome tablet! I started with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1" 1st generation nearly 3 years ago...when it died on me I replaced it with the newest generation and it has improved tremendously. Better resolution screen, better sound, faster processor...easy transition and also love that it is almost same as my phone (Samsung galaxy S3)!

This is my first tablet & its been pretty easy to use, being that I didnt read instructions I just turned it on & figured it out from there. That's how I like to do it!
