I love this tablet... so far I have only noticed couple apps that aren't compatible... he great picture and sound... Los streams movies wonderfully

Love my new Samsung tablet. I was able to use it right away. Now I want to upgrade my Samsung phone so I can transfer music, videos and pics easier.

Samsung on-site help desk is a great addition to the Galaxy tab. Perfect for everything android and does not seem to slow down when apps are added

This is my first tablet and it was a gift so I did not choose it via comparison shopping. However I find that this tablet meets most of my needs and has effectively replaced my laptop. I do still use a desktop for certain tasks, eg document composition in Office, finance tracking in Quicken and most printing. One of the shortcomings I found is lack of adequate documentation on use of the tablet and the preloaded applications. The quick start guide and help function are quite minimal. Nothing more comprehensive is available on the Samsung website.

This tablet is extremely easy to set up and to use. As long as you have a WiFi connection you are able to do almost all things as on a computer.

I'm a big fan of all Samsung products because the quality is like no other brand. And this tablet is no different works great does everything it said would and it's worth the money. I saw it on Amazon for $5 cheaper but Best Buy has the best warranties and guarantees so had to purchase it here. No sense in trying to save a buck and get cappy service!
