Excellent display. Would have liked some basic instructions for older, first time user. Also, on the black case version, the right and left symbol buttons on the bottom edge of the tablet are very difficult to discern where they are in low level light. Really enjoying the tablet!

The tablet works flawlessly, however the case w Bluetooth keyboard dosent exactly fit the product as displayed in the store. If this problem was resolved in the r and d department I could give this a 5 star rating, service while purchasing wasn't stellar however I have had worse.

I had an iPad when met an unfortunate end. Decided to try this due to the cost difference. I mainly use for Netflix and portable media and it work fantastic for my needs.

This is better than an i-pod and is a great learning tool for kids.

Great product for the price. You can increase this from 16GB by adding a memory card for an additional cost. We added a 64GB card. My son hasn't put it down since he got it.

The galaxy tab 4 is great with the cool key pad and case. It functions as a mini lap top and is easier to manipulate and lighter to carry. The camera quality is excellent too

Thought this would be a snap to use because I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, but it was not that easy to transition the calendar nor the contact list without getting assistance. Still trying to find my way around and worried that it may not be easy to use with a wireless printer. I am hopeful using this tablet will get easier as time goes on.

I bought this tablet for my husband for Christmas. At first he wasn't sure he would find it useful but we took a Samsung class at Best Buy and learned all the good tips and tricks. Now he really enjoys this device. He bought a case with mini keyboard and is happy as a clam!

This is my 2nd Galaxy Tab 10.1 and it is still the best. My first still works great but is used by others. I bought a cheaper tablet and it didn't do 1/2 the things this one does. Even things it did do, not as well.. (loading, connecting, etc). Love this tablet!

I bought this for my brother in law for Christmas. He absolutely loves it! He loves the high-quality visuals and said it was very easy to navigate through the controls and apps. Now he can connect with friends and family via the internet. He though it was was such a great gift!

Very easy to use tablet for beginners!! I'm very pleased with this unit from Samsung!! Fully functional & reliable as well!! The only thing I noticed was that the battery tends to discharge rather quickly. But then again it's a very good overall unit, for the money!!

Love this tablet its replacing a old K1 tablet that I had problems. compared to the old K1 its faster better picture better sound. Over all great table for the price

After having issues with a recent computer purchase, best buy accommodated us with the exchange. Not sure the employees were overly mindful of the product, but I suppose that's a different topic. As for the tablet, it took some getting use to at first-the first tablet for my wife, but she thoroughly enjoys it and is very pleased.
