thankful for the Samsung representative on site that was very helpful. She showed us everything we needed to get started using our Tablet. We had never used one before and without her we would not have been able to use it. We love our Samsung. Thanks!!

I bought this on the market place. It was an open boxes item. Great discount. Close to new. My only issue with it was terrible packing. The tablet was on and sliding around when it was delivered had a few songs because of the poor packing. It came in the original box but there was no support. Just slid around.

Love my tablet. But the 'My Best Buy program' is a pain. The card I was given didn't register. Had to call customer service and then wait 7 - 10 days to get the points resolved. Which did not come out to 1 point per $ spent as promised but $5 for $250 spent. So instead of the 300 points, I ended up with 49 points?!

Got iit from the store my dad for christmas and it is really easy for him to use, he's not a very techy guy but he actually could download games and used email for the first time. great quality product. And the Samsung store associates are amazing!

I am not exactly a techie, but I have enjoyed the use of my tablet. It has been a very effective tool in order to check my E-mail and G-mail. It has been used to check E-mail and websites. However, touch-typing can be better. I do appreciate the staff at Best Buy for answering any questions that have come up.

Good little tab easy to use like compact size to carry along with me no problems with it so far use it everyday haven my kindle app on it also

Bought the Tab 4 to replace my slolen toshiba. Picture is perfect, along with the speed. Only thing i wish is that it had a compass. I Love it

This is my third Samsung Galaxy Tab. Very nice tablet, wonderful interface with other Samsung devices, and beautiful graphics. Durable and clean looking. Definitely recommend.

I purchased the galaxy 4 tablet and I am very pleased with it. It is a great tablet and I love it. I will never purchase anything other than a Samsung. I have a Samsung phone and it is the best phone I have ever had.. Way to go SAMSUNG

Got this as a bday present with very little idea of how to use it. I went to the Samsung experts for one of their in-store classes on how to use it. After all of the help from the Samsung gang, I am really enjoying using the Galaxy Tab 4!

My first tablet, gave up the old, heavy laptop. This is a good replacement. no need to buy Microsoft Office. It comes with Hancock which is compatible with Office. It has a long battery life. Just keep it out of the cold weather. Works fast and great resolution. Wanted to try it before I get the kids one. They like it and this I can afford

After having a friend set up the tablet, I'm still wondering how to use all the functions. My laptop is running Windows 7 Professional and the tablet is so much different. Maybe someone out there prints a Galaxy Tab 4 for Dummies. It would surely help. I'm still muddling and stumbling around.

This is a quality product. I am very pleased with the apps and the the ability to move from one screen to the next. I have several tables from different companies that doesn't compare to this one. The screen resolution is also great and I would recommend this tablet to any one looking for a 10.1 inch table.

Did not want IPad. After extensive research and speaking with store person felt this would work. We're not not very techy so a manual would be most helpful. Ended up getting g a mouse and keyboard case for easier navigation.
