I believe that this is a very old unsold laptop that Best Buy altered in order to make it more desirable to a buyer. I am extremely disappointed and will most likely never shop there again.

I can handle it comfortably when I am in meetings. With the keyboard cover that I purchase with it notetaking is much easier then texting on my mobile phone. It has made my digital life more comfortable.
