I spent hours in person w/ BB Geek Squad & BB Samsung rep trying to sync tablet w/ my Samsung phone (contacts & calendar). Should be simple right? WRONG. Then spent hours (truly!) with 2 different Samsung online tech reps trying to do this. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

It's okay for everyday use, but not multi-tasking. The Galaxy Tab has twice the ram, but my ipad pro (1st gen) runs circles around it. This is without battery life optimization turned on. I didn't expect an ipad but for the price, I expected better.

She loves this tablet. She already had a Samsung phone and this tablet is great.

It would have been even better had there been a slot for the pen

Compared this to an iPad Pro when I was looking for a tablet. What a tough choice! The S3 128G screen just looked better, no laggy video at all. The ability to completely customize the tablet was the next thing I really liked over the competition. I also use this to fly a drone. Not just DJI but others. It works well with those apps, though DJI of late has had problems with their GO4 app. THis also has GPS built in vs iPad Pro base model that does not. No tethering required with S3. I also use this to control an XR18 Audio Mixer for my band. It works perfectly. The screen resolution and image quality is fantastic. Not as soft looking as the iPad Pro, and sharper as well. Camera quality is also very very good. I record video all the time on this. I also use it when tinkering with automotive, electronic or other work. Takes great photos so I know how things go back together. haha. Controls my TV too. I stream MLB.Tv on it and there is no lag or choppy stream. Solid. Sound on this is really good too. Not a ton to expect from micro sized speakers, but it still sounds good. With headphones or BT speaker it is really good too. I bought this in FEB 18 and thought I'd really test it on what it would be used for before I do any review. I also have the keyboard, and I like it better than my Surface Pro. The S PEN (included, not optional like iPad) is so convenient and I recommend people look up YT demos. Learn to use this tablet the way it was intended. So many features, customization options. I bought this at Best Buy and the sales staff were great. They could not price match another store sale (AAFES), but tossed in a 128G Micro USb to accommodate the difference. They were so cool about letting me test this S3 and iPad Pro with the gear I used. Initially looked at the silver 64G S3, but they had the 128G version and I was sold. That with a 256G option provide almost 400G of storage, and you have Cloud options as well. Samsung S3 won in every way! and Best Buy staff was really cool. Mega thumbs up!!

I want to give this product a 5 star rating, however, after about 2 months of use the product started to get a red screen, glitched, flashed red, and ultimately wouldn't turn on. I completed a "hard" reset on it and when I did that, the bottom 1/4 of the screen was permanently red. Now after about a couple weeks after that, it seems the process is repeating itself. For the price of this product I expect much better. A huge disappointment for sure.

We bought this tablet because of the attached keyboard, the S Pen and generous storage capabilities. We have been VERY disappointed because it frequently shuts down for no reason and is often unresponsive. The keyboard has not proven to be an advantage over the on screen keyboard. At least we have not had a problem exceeding its storage capacity.

This was a decent tablet when i first got it. I was very happy with it. But one day it started restarting endlessly and the touch screen locked up. It was sitting on a table, made some noise and even after getting it to factory reset it will not work again. was happy with the product but sad it didn't last even 2 years.

Could Not Fully Access the Internet. I felt like I was blocked and certain things could not be done which was very frustrating to me. Why bother with this tablet at all, then, if I don't have freedom to do what I can do with other units, laptops, or regular computers. I would never buy another tablet again!

My Samsung tab s3 Died in less than a month wont turn on no solution cannot return to best buy. Would not buy from best buy ever again. no support. terrible product most expensive tablet will go all apple now from apple store.

Was a nice product while it lasted. Completely died after 2 months. Best Buy won't exchange after 15 days. My only option is to contact Samsung. Won't be buying anything from Best Buy anymore.

I have not been able to fully use this tablet. For over a year it has been restarting on it own. Now its out of warranty. I am completely and utterly disappointed.

I used the tablet and everything was alright then an update pop up and clicked update my charge was 57% 2 minutes later it turned off and never swiched on again .

18 months and it's already a paper weight. Only gives error messages and reboots in a constant loop.

This is an excellent tablet. The upgrade from the previous tablet is liken to the upgrade from the S7 to the S8+. More RAM and more space with 4K display....This is fantastic! Of course you could fork up the extra $100 or so and actually get a notebook, but you should only do that if you actually want a PC. I just wanted an enhanced android to play around with and to carry extra files on. This item is very worth it, especially if you catch it at a discounted price!

This Samsung tablet is great I love it it works great Samsung products are the best I would definitely recommend this tablet to anyone
