Well other than those 2 issues truly this watch is incredible with all its different bells and whistles along with all the apps and widgets you can get along with it. My biggest issue is the extremely poor selection in any sort of protection for this device other than buying a $40+ "protection plan as opposed to having cases and screen protectors for someone who lives a little more rugged of a lifestyle. Was able to find some sharp bands for it but ended up sticking with the wristbands that came with the watch due to the comfort and ease of wearing it. Dont let my 4 star scare you away from an amazing device. Im just more upset at the fact that I cant really protect this 300 dollar device with a case that looks presentable, was even at the store in stock in the first place or have more than 4 gigs of storage on it with todays tech sizes.

This a very nice watch. It does everything I need it to do and then some. Looks and fit are very good. The battery life is pretty decent too. I don't use a lot of the apps on it and don't use the always on display, so I can get 3 days out of it.

I love the watch and the fact that its LTE. I'm getting it added on my plan next month. The Bottom Line The Samsung Galaxy Watch is a great looking smartwatch that beats the Apple Watch on battery life and its wide variety of custom watch faces

The galaxy watch lte is great, i can now go to the gym without bulky phone and still have all the benefits of the phone and watch that tracks my heart rate, my steps and best of all the watch reminds me when i am sitting too long. Great product.

I stopped wearing watches several years ago because they were so uncomfortable on my wrist. And I had no interest in smartwatches, but the features of this watch made getting it a no-brainer. Long story made short, I'm glad I bought it.

My wife absolutely loves this watch. We purchased it based on the recommendation of the extremely helpful sales associate and could not be happier. It does a little bit of everything thing except help her be on time.

This watch works great with my S10+ love getting notifications on my watch and all my apps work great I would reccomend this watch to anyone I wear it working in the warehouse great device.

This watch is perfect other of the color I love everything that it does I am so happy that I brought this watch and anyone that baz that will be very happy. I also dress my watch up and changed my band and it made me like it even more!

Ordered this watch as a surprise birthday gift for my girlfriend and boy does she love it!! She added the data plan to it and leaves her phone at home and does all her texting, phone calls thru the watch. A great gift I must say.

I absolutely love this watch! I had a Fossil watch before and I liked it but I didn't how it felt. The Galaxy watch is perfect in every way possible, smooth, seamless, and stylish. I would and do recommend buying one when you can.

I was a little worried about leaving the FitBit behind. However, when my job said no more cell phones I had to make the switch. This watch is everyhing I wanted it to be plus more. I am enjoying figuring out all its features.

My 6th Samsung smartwatch was a BUST. In July, I upgraded to the newer Galaxy Watch because of so many new bugs in software updates to my Gear S3. I returned it, but am writing a review in time for Christmas shopping because this new watch was awful. I use a Galaxy Note 9, which should make connection easy and reliable. The bad It didn't track steps AT ALL without my phone on me. The best feature is being connected while leaving my phone at home or in the car. It couldn't be set up with a separate line on Verizon only T-Mobil. It wouldn't connect to Verizon thru the app, I had to go to the Verizon store. It only recorded half my steps for the week I wore it. Samsung watches have never been the best at step tracking, but HALF??? THe battery life was horrendous. I had to charge it about every 36 hours, where previous Samsung watches I got about 3 days with all of the same settings. I had a lot of trouble reading it without reading glasses. The smaller Active2 is smaller, but easier to read. The good Looks great, much better than the monster Gears that are wider than my tiny wrist. Comfortable to wear Feminine colors - FINALLY Sync of all my settings and software from the previous watch was a piece of cake Some great new features, like palm over the face to turn off. I've been a happy, loyal Samsung customer for a long time, but the issues keep getting worse and worse. Inferior software and bugs from untested updates have gotten so bad that I'm seriously considering dumping all of my Samsung devices and moving to any other brand.

This watch and the others as well function well are easy to operate and are very stylish. The apps are easy to operate and are easy access. Connection to my phone is a snap. EASY!!!! Good battery life.

Bought this watch for my wife, she seems to enjoy it and it's features. I have yet to attempt to add the watch to our cellular carrier yet, but once we figure out how that works we will update review to 5 stars.

My wife loves this watch she use it every single day and she loves the things you can do with it. Since I got this for her she has never use any other watch than this one.

This watch has been the best purchase for me! I love that I can use my watch as my phone and not carry my phone everywhere! LTE is the way to go!

Love this watch although it is a bit heavy on my wrist. I switch back and forth between my Apple Watch and this one but has great features and can use even if you don' t have a Samsung phone

I upgraded to this Samsung watch from my Gear S2. I am very pleased with my purchase. Battery life isn't the complete 2 days as advertised, but I can get about a day and a half, so I'm okay with that.

This is a good watch which was a easy setup. The voice calls comes through clear. Initially it wouldn't sync to my Spotify but it worked out and linked all my apps i wanted to send to the watch.

Wanted a watch that allows me to take calls when my phone was left at home. Wish texting was easier. Wish the watch was a bit thinner. All and all a great watch that can use a couple improvements
