Great companion to your smart phone. The rotating bezel sets this watch apart from other smart watches. Most apps on phone that receive or generated data or notifications can be managed on the watch. Comfortable to sleep with and it accurately tracks your sleep and health information. My only issue, battery life could be better. Getting about a day and a half before it has to go on a charger.

I'm coming from a 4th Gen Fossil, and I'm extremely pleased with this watch. It's faster, I love the rotating bezel, and Samsung's watch interface is always something that I coveted, but I refused to use Tizen when WearOS had way more going for it. Now I have what I consider to be the best of both worlds. At the moment, it still doesn't have Google Assistant, so that's a minus, but Samsung is supposedly looking into integrating it. Also, the 46mm is a tad pricey compared to what's coming from other manufacturers, so that's something to consider. If those two minuses don't worry you, go for it.

This is my third Samsung smartwatch and I it has quickly become my favorite of the three. I had the Gear S2 and the first gen Galaxy Watch before buying the Watch 4 Classic. So far I really like the interface. I always preferred Samsung's UI over wear os' and this feels like the best of both worlds. The addition of the play store is huge and I'm still able to use Samsung Health like I have been for years. The 1.5gb of RAM keeps apps flying and the bright OLED screen displays my photo watchface beautifully. My main complaint is with the battery life. I'm used to getting two full days (48+ hours) with my previous watch and I'm currently at 20% 25 hours in. It'll likely last a few more hours so let's call it 30 hours of battery life with light to medium use. I use on always on display and auto brightness. I'll likely be charging this watch every night. Overall this is a very good watch. It is a worthy upgrade from previous smartwatches.

I upgraded from the 4 classic to this beauty. I initially set it up with everything enabled, blood ox, constant heart rate, skin temp amd snore detection. With all of that enabled I would have to recharge it every day. After a week i set it up to have heart rate every 10 minutes, sleep detection enabled and no snore detection, no blood ox and no skin temp enabled, now the batteryis good for 5 days. The notifications are very customizable and the call quality when i cant find my phone is pretty good. I like being able to control my streaming music while im working without having to grab my phone. The screen is bright and the background is soooo customizable. Overall a great watch that you can customize to suit your needs to determine your charging frequency that you are comfortable with.

Slightly disappointed with this watch after long having the Galaxy Gear S3 Frontier... loved that watch, but got too old and couldn't keep a charge, so went with this last years version 4 watch on sale due to the new version 5 out, but missing the gps I had with the Frontier and some other features. I really wanted it for step tracking again and it is nice to see texts again come thru on my wrist without having to dig my phone out my pocket, plus having enough apps for convenience and watch faces to still make this a solid pickup. So it does what it needs to do without blowing you away. Solid choice to go with if on a budget and dont want to break the bank for a watch.

Very good watch but battery on Galaxy watch, my previous one, is better. Secondly the prevous model could be used in sync with an Iphone, unless things have changed at the time of writing, this os not so.

For anybody that's looking for a smartwatch you can't go wrong with the Galaxy classic 4 if you don't want to go for the Galaxy classic 5 it does get two full days of charge if water resistant from my use case it's getting about one day and few hours it's still under 2 days but it still gets me throughout my baby day just make sure you clean between the band from time to time when you're submerging your watch in water or anything that involves getting dirty but other than that to watch is doable reliable and worth the money

It's been almost 2 weeks and i love it. The main con is the battery life but i went into this purchase aware of that so not a big deal; i wear it while i sleep so i usually charge it when im showering or sitting around watching tv for a bit. I got the black 46mm classic and it looks awesome. Wasnt a big fan of the band it came with but it has grown on me a bit, still might get a different band in the future to switch out from time to time.

Let me first mention... I have been an Apple Watch user for years and when I took the leap over to Android, my Apple Watch had to go as well. And I moved to Android back when the Note 10 Plus was first released, but during that time.. no Android Smart Watch appealed to me. Until Google and Samsung rumors starting catching steam thats when my interest for an Android Smart Watch finally got my attention. But I don't wish to bore you with all that... I believe this is the best Smart Watch on the market. Reason being... its feature rich, able to customize watch faces.. browse the web and the circular aspect is more practical. I think that gets lost when comparing the Apple Watch to Galaxy Watch... that it looks like a watch from the circular shape of it. Definitely recommend it, however... I wish I wasn't so excited about getting it day one. If anyone is interested... look for these on sale. Hindsight, I wouldn't pay retail. One thing to note... Google Assistant isn't on it, been waiting since launch.

Watch is nice, i upgraded from the first galaxy watch. I love thw over all look. Getting to know how to use this Samsung watch was a lot different from all of my other ones, because this is run in the google OS. The band feels cheap and i am not a fan. For getting the most expensive model i would think the band would have been better.

Loving my watch. Has so many things that you can explore. Health, workout and eating daily plans. Water proof works wonderful doing water aerobics.

Like it better than the Active 2 I had previously. Love all the functions and how it looks. But the battery life is not good. Might get close to two days off one charge. But not 2 full days. So I just charge every day. Doesn't take long to charge though. Dodgy like the gray band so I put a stainless steel one on it. Looks much better than the one it came with.

I upgraded myself from a Garmin. My husband has a Galaxy Watch and loves it. I like the features and the problems I had with Garmin are none existent. My main complaint is battery life. I am lucky to get a day and a half without needing to charge it. Very durable and love the apps I can use on it. I also love the amount of customization it allows.

Easy and intuitive menus. I used to miss calls when in noisy environments, but never again thanks to the watch vibrating alerts. I track my heart rate, my sleep and my steps. I can select watch faces from a wide variety of options, customizing colors, indicators, and shortcuts. Amazing all the things it can do in such a small volume. Excellent value for the money.

Once again, Wear OS and Samsung fall short. I'm patiently waiting for a watch that compares to my girlfriends apple watch 4. Yes, 4. I thought this was going to be the answer, but just hyped up disappointment. Not enough compatable apps (i.e. no FB messenger, no Snapchat, pretty much no social media messages or apps), and the apps that are available (minimum) work poorly (i.e. outlook or any email app... Not even Gmail and this is supposed to be Google wear OS). I can't get emails to sync, can't get messages from anything other than messages. There is a LONG delay in getting notifications. You will hear your phone in the other room, and receive NOTHING on your watch. Kinda pointless. Again, this is all of the things apple has been doing for years with no issues. The watch looks good, thus the 2 stars. Band is cheap and sticks out over the wrist, however. Sensors work sporadically. YouTube music doesn't want to download music. Nothing seems to work. Battery will last maybe 24hrs, but that's because nothing is working lol, and with facer "cool" watch faces will drain the battery significantly. I hope in time they can work out these issues, but for now I have a $400 bracelet. I would wait on this if you are on the edge.

I love this watch, the only drawback is the battery life, I wish the battery would last longer. I had previously had S3 Frontier, and switching to the Watch 4 was a big improvement. The best part is the watch face/screen is beautiful, the heart rate monitor is accurate and consistent, it's lightweight and the OS wear is much better than Tizen.

I love my watch. Looks veey classy and its easy to figure it out.

Replaced my Gear s3 which was great for 6 years, until a recent swim took it out. This is a classic look and feel. The controls are easy and understandable. Lots of applications and good design bring a classic style that looks simple, but delivers on interaction.
