This is my 2nd geek squad refurbished SSD (the first one was bought at least 4 years ago and still going very strong I just wanted another one) and I am just as happy with this one as the first. You're basically just saving money on a really good external SSD.

Ever since updating my BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera, I've been able to use this higher capacity T7 to write files onto without even a hiccup! Highly recommended!

SSD Drive was delivered today. Connected it to my computer and formatted the drive and started copying data to it. I had no issues and it is fast.
I am happy I purchased the refurbished drive. Great price for an awesome product.

Based on price I've ordered a number of geek squad refurb drives this month and recommended them to family and business contacts.
All so far have been dead, defective, or swapped out for lesser-capacity drives. I didn't realize the short return window so got stuck with the first one. These drives are dead on delivery, not refurb'ed at all, apparently just returns that are sent out fraudulently. I called to warn my brother to check one he'd ordered, and yep, it was a 1tb drive instead of the 2tb he'd paid for, and he had only a day left on his return window. Bestbuy must be going bankrupt soon to be running scams like this.

Very satisfied I went with a refurbished SSD to save $. I was skeptical at first because at the time of purchase there was only 1 review and it was negative. It turns out they probably just didn't format it correctly. You need to go into "Computer Management" and then go into "Disk Management" to correctly format and use this SSD!
