I originally bought the 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD configuration, but I will be upgrading my configuration while I'm still in my return window. But with the configuration I got, I must say this must be the best laptop I have ever used and I absolutely fell in love with this thing! So basically, here's the thing. I went through a laptop crisis for a while where I couldn't decide what laptop I wanted. I went through the 2017 Notebook 9 Pro and Surface Book 2, but then I finally settled on this. I really wanted a 15" version of this, but was forced to go with the 13.3" version since there's no 15" version available. I'm not saying they shouldn't release a 15" version, but being forced to go with the 13.3" version actually really made me fall in love with the size of this laptop. I actually love the size now and was very skeptical of 13.3" version and didn't think I'd be keeping it solely because of it's size, but I was sorely mistaken! So what do I use this laptop for? Because I'm a YouTube content creator and online business owner who's always managing the website and social media, so power and portability are must have priorities for me. In terms of power, I'm more than satisfied! Even though the 9th Gen Intel Core i7 is out now, the 8th Gen Intel Core i7 and 8GB of RAM are definitely powerful enough for what I do. While it may be powerful enough, like I said I'm not keeping this configuration and exchanging it for the 16GB+512GB SSD configuration. If you're a YouTuber, you're not gonna last long on 256GB of space, especially you make high quality videos. So you better just go all out. But editing with Vegas Pro 16, paint.net, a little bit of Premiere Pro, and juggling a lot of Google Chrome tabs, this handles all of that just fine. I usually edit 1080p and 4K @60fps videos with no problem. This laptop is also really thin, and really beautiful. It's so thin to the point where I heard some people say their screens have cracked since it is so thin, so I'm hoping that doesn't happen to me. The diamond cut design is really beautiful. I do wish it was easier to clean that diamond cut design though because if I grab a regular rag, it will cut the fabrics of that rag if I add pressure to clean it good, so I'm looking for other solutions. It's not sharp when you touch it, but it is when you clean it. Even with that issue, I don't wanna loose this design. It is really nice, and also well built with it's all metallic build. It doesn't have that soft touch anymore like the 2017 Notebook 9 Pro, but it's not rough either. Pretty much like every other laptop. Battery power could be better. I find myself charging it more than I want to compared to the Surface Book 2, but it's pretty average. Speakers are a much welcome improvement over the 2017 version, but it's still not all that good. But it is pretty loud with a little bit of bass. I just don't understand why the speakers keep ending up at the bottom of the Notebooks. Not everybody's using this on perfectly flat tables to amplify the sound, Samsung. And for the screen, it's typical Samsung. It is 1080p, but that's probably the best decision. It's vibrant, clear, with a nice touchscreen. Active Pen works pretty well on it as well with different pressure points. I'd still recommend the Galaxy Tab over drawing on this though for artists, but it's good for notes. Ecosystem. Let's talk about the ecosystem. If you have a Galaxy phone, getting a Notebook by Samsung should be a no brainier. And if you have a Galaxy Watch, and even a Galaxy Tab, it'll make it even better. It comes with Samsung Gallery to sync your pictures and videos through Samsung Cloud from your Galaxy devices, Samsung Notes to sync... well... your notes, Samsung Flow to get your notifications, calls, transfer files fast, and even unlock your laptop with your Galaxy phone or Galaxy Watch. Having it unlock with your Galaxy Watch is especially useful. But besides that, it comes with your other basic Samsung apps. Voice Note with Pen, Live Message, Studio Plus basic video editor, Link Sharing, teamPL, Samsung Security, Little Artist, Samsung Update, Samsung Recovery, and Samsung PC Cleaner. It also comes with a free trial of McAfee, but Windows already comes with virus protection you just forget about and let it do it's work instead of a subscription from McAfee. Not bad, but Little Artist and McAfee got uninstalled pretty quick. The only downsides I really see with it is this isn't your gaming laptop. While you can run Fortnite at alright graphics, the Intel UHD Graphics 620 ain't really gonna cut. If gaming isn't gonna be your priority and only something you'll do sometimes, then it'll be fine. But it is not going to replace your Xbox or Razer. But that isn't it. The fingerprint scanner is pretty hit or miss. It'll (I think at least) recognize, but then it'll say it couldn't verify my identity. Then when I try to scan it again, it won't scan. I'm forced to let it unlock with my Galaxy with is probably more convenient anyways. Also, there's an FN Lock button which gets really annoying. Every time you turn it on or restart it, you have to press the FN Lock button to get the media controls and such, instead of F1, F2, F3, etc. Overall, I'm very satisfied and fell in love with pretty much everything about it. But with some of the reports of the screen cracking since it is really, really thin, I'll have to be a lot more gentle with it since I'm scared to crack this expensive 2 in 1. But I do recommend it to anybody. Creators, business owners, casual users, whoever you are. It's a stylish, powerful, slim, and premium laptop that you might even get some complements from people if they see you with this at a library or a coffee shop. I know I have.

You cant go wrong with this laptop, it has all in it. Excellent battery like 12-13hrs with normal usage, with moderate its around 8-9 hrs. Looks wise its the most beautiful laptop I have seen in market, super slim, slim bezels, amazing touch screen and has that raw power when required. I have i7, 16GB RAM model its super smooth and too much powerful for its size. It boots in like 4-5 secs. Keyboard is nice and keys are big to type. Big trackpad is bonus to use. It comes with Pen which works amazing on this. Its 2in1 laptop so you have that flexibility of using it the way you want and its very light weight so in tablet mode you shouldnt feel its weight. Also its in size its way small than normal 13.3 inches laptops still has 13.3inch of screen size and mainly due to bezels are small than those macbooks which looks dated in front of this machine. It has total 3 type c port, 2 on left are thunderbolt 3 support to PCI lanes and on right is normal type c data + power input type. Also if you forget your charger at home dont sweat as it can be charged on normal samsung or any mobile charger which has fast charging, offcourse it will be little slow to charge on it but you have option. I would suggest to buy dongle if you buying this as there is no type A ports or older generation ports on it. It does has micro-sd card slot so you can copy directly which is faster. only complain is there is no storage for pen. it outperforms my expectations in every way. The value for Money laptop you wont go wrong with it.

Good value laptop - I wanted 512GB of ssd storage and a fast processor plus a back lit keyboard. It works well and I am still getting used to it. What I don't like is that it does not have a left-click menu key (lists menu of options for a word, for example, while typing) and I still have to figure out how to turn the keyboard light off and on. I still kind of miss my old Lenovo ssd laptop which was a little smaller and seemed easier to use.

4 year review!!! The best daily driver I've used. From editing videos to light gaming this in conjunction with external monitors has been my favorite setup. Working on the go I bring hdmi cable and I hardly miss my desktop. Pairs well with the other samsung devices making it akin to the apple ecosystem. Samsung quality!

Great transition from a Mac book. Paid a little more than the one on sale because I choose it with i7 processor, 16GB memory and 512GB not to be worried about upgrades. Originally was looking at the Surface Pro but it was too expensive for the same features. Once you get used to the touch screen versatility is hard to go back.

Great laptop for what I do. I use this for media , social , some gaming, and journal writing. Use the battery plus mode to save battery when needed. Keyboard is good for me, but I'm not a student or professional writer. Samsung - Notebook 9 Pro 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB Solid State Drive - Platinum Titan is what I got. Very happy with this. Price was right for the hardware this has.

I purchased this laptop to start working from home when COVID hit and I'm very happy with it. Light-weight but sturdy, easily runs heavy design programs (I work in both 3D and 2D), and no complaints about the stylus that comes with it. The battery easily lasts 8 hours, as long as I'm not rendering images or videos.

It has no USB ports..only USB-C so you need an adapter if you still use a usb flash drive..and if you have any programs on cd to load you will need an external drive..but I love the touch screen and the Bluetooth mouse ability.

This laptop is everything all the other reviews have said it is. Fast, beautiful, sleek, built like a brick, but one thing that is super annoying that no one else has mentioned so far - the fingerprint reader. Strait to the point - it is absolute crap. It works about 30% of the time, and I would say it works on the second or third time maybe 40% of the time and to make matters worse you have to pick the laptop up and try to get your finger on the tiny little power button just perfectly and it still doesn't work. Another terrible bug that Samsung seems to refuse to fix is that the stupid thing doesn't go completely to sleep. What I mean is I use this for college and I have the setting so that if I close the lid the laptop sleeps which is great for closing at the end of class then opening up when I get home or whatever and picking right back up where I left off. Only problem is when I go to pull it out of my bag it will be roasting hot with the fans going full blast because the stupid thing is still doing something in the background. It will still need a fingerprint to get into windows and the screen will be off but it is boiling hot and sucking its battery right down to nothing while folded up in my bag. My old Samsung laptop book 9 spin worked and would sleep when shut, but not this laptop. This thing will drain its battery to zero folded up in m,y bag if I leave it there long enough which really sucks when you should have enough battery but it managed to suck its battery dry probably trying to send info back to samsung when it should have been asleep.

This laptop is so quality-looking. It runs fast and smoothly. I plan to use it for some heavy scientific analysis programs. I hope it is going to do good job and save my time. Having and active pen is positive thing. It is doing okay job until now but not perfect. I wish charger had been smaller and lighter. By the way, this is the best laptop that you can buy with this price.

I own this laptop for 6 months now and by far the best product I have invested in that actually works! That's right, when i mean actually works, it performs, it delivers, it gets the job done. After owning this device now, a lot of my friends and relatives, who are Apple users, are even thinking of switching now after getting to use my device in person.

Love this laptop! The compact size was offputting at first because I'm older and used to the larger screens. This laptop is very responsive to the touch and I love that it's small enough to take along in any bag. The color is beautiful and it pairs with my Samsung phone. Great buy.
