I swapped another Samsung soundbar for this smaller one. Concerned I was giving up sound quality for size, I quickly realized this 2.0 Hi-Res has excellent sound. It was a great price and the perfect size. I'm very happy with it...quality, size and price...what's not to like! PS It was a snap to set up

I literally tried 4 soundbars before finding and keeping this one. I reside in a 3rd floor unit so I couldn't do a separate subwoofer unless I wanted to deal with noise complaints. The nice thing is I can add one at a later date should I chose to. This paired extremely easily with my 65" Samsung TV. I connected via Hdmi Arc. The only issue I am having is I can't find anywhere how to set up with Alexa. What I do find doesn't work so I don't know if this unit actually can't be even though it says it can. No instructions in the user manual you receive with it which I find to be odd. The sound is pretty decent. Do I wish for a little more bass.. Sure but it does the trick. I am still playing around with the different sound modes. I like that it turns on and off with the TV and there is no delay. It does power off after a bit of no use but I just use the included remote to turn back on. I researched many and like I said tried 4 others (Zvox, Sony, Bose, Samsung) before this one and it's a keeper.

I have been researching for a few years with soundbars and how good they sound. The reviews really helped and i bought this as an open box. It came in great condition easy to set up and everything worked. It connected and was picked up right away by my Samsung tv. Love the sound makes a huge difference. For someone that wants a little more sound can upgrade to the rear wireless kit. But not needed at all!!!

This soundbar is excellent for a select few, depending on content and room size. For reference, this is mainly used by me for gaming in my dedicated gaming room (12’ x 12’). This is also mounted on my 43” TV using the Rocketfish soundbar mounting kit. For TV shows, it’s adds power to the voices without having a dedicated center speaker, as well as some power to more concussive scenes. For movies, this is lacking clarity and bass. But, it’s a 2.0 channel soundbar, so that’s expected. It has a virtual surround sound mode, which adds some immersion but it’s nothing to write home about. For music, it’s crisp and clear. Not something to party with, but good for background tunes. For gaming, this is great. Most games are mastered in stereo (2.0/2.1 channel), so it sounds great. There are some games that utilize surround sound (5.0/5.1 channel) and even Dolby Atmos (7.0/7.1 channel). This soundbar can emulate 5.0 channel just fine, but it’s not true surround sound. As with anything not rated for Dolby Atmos, you won’t be getting it with this soundbar even if you play content labeled Dolby Atmos. It’ll downsampling the audio to whatever your setup is. Now, for $300, I’d say skip this soundbar. But, I was able to snag this on a great clearance sale. I got it for $135 and it was a no-brainer. I’d say buy this if you can find it under $150. If not, there’s many other options out there that’ll blow it out of the water for $200 and less.

Definitely a great purchase. I bought it open box so it didn't come with a manual. Had to go online and download which was a pain. The only complaint I have is that it was put in a ridiculously large box for what the item was and by the time it arrived, the box was so destroyed I was really worried about the sound bar. But so far no problems! Works great, has great sound!!

I saw this at the open box department and I hesitant first to get but since the price for the open box was too good to resist so I went for it. I was impressed at the sound quality of this sound bar. However, I think it lacks a little bit of bass. Additional sub is recommended for this. Overall, a very good sound bar!

The sound is quite good, and it works seamlessly with my Samsung QLED TV. This last point was a big issue for me, as I dislike having to use multiple remotes to watch TV. But I just plugged the sound bar into the optical out on the TV and the optical in on the sound bar (with the included cable) and told the TV and sound bar where the input was coming from, and I haven't needed to do anything special about the sound bar since. The TV remote (and my Firestick remote) control the sound level. The sound isn't quite full-fledged stereo system quality, but it's way better than any TV I've ever had, and I'm quite happy with it.

When upgrading my TV I decided to upgrade the soundbar as well. I did a little research and wanted a soundbar with a good subwoofer. Of course with this model the subwoofer is sold separately. The sound from this soundbar by far dominates the previous Samsung soundbar I had. The sound is clear and precise. Watching bluray movies with my kids, ones that we have watched multiple times before, I actually heard sounds that I didn't hear before. This model is the lowest in the sound+ series, but I am extremely happy with it. It performs well for my needs and I would recommend it.

Fits my Samsung TV purchase perfectly. No need for a receiver to get high quality sound from my TV. Geek squad did an awesome job of connecting.

Great sound from a small package. Sometimes clunky when connecting Bluetooth but nothing to grumble about.

I have to say that I'm enjoying the soundbar and mildly impressed between its capability and ability to link additional speakers for a "surround sound" experience. I have to say I want to give this soundbar a 4 star but its frustrating paying ok money on a good brand that is giving barely ok results. It can certainly pump the volume out and sound isn't getting crackled or distorted but I literally hear no difference between surround mode on and off. Literally none. I took the extra purchase and bought rear speakers thinking this would improve it, and for sporting events and even movies where you want to feel a little more immersed, it does ok. But thats literally it. The sound does not at all seem to be surround sound and just sends the same audio from the main speaker out. This soundbar is also incredibly frustrating because its model type does not correspond with the rear speakers I bought the first time around. Literally do the same thing, look the same, almost everything the same, just not compatible. The most annoying part of this soundbar is being forced to stand directly in front of the bar just to see the small display on the far right end of the soundbar, that shows the changes you've made, like volume. The display sits behind the metal mesh that although looks incredibly nice, is impossible to see the display from any other angle. Overall I just wish I put more money down for a better model. It does make a difference!

This product produces excellent base sound for any TV show but is especially great for Movies and sporting events. Was easier to set up than I thought it would be. The associate that sold it to me was very informative and helpful and said it was easy to install and he was correct.

Picked this up on Black Friday on a steal, very happy with the quality and sound. Bought this particular sound bar because it has the base incorporated into the sound bar and there’s no separate base unit that has to sit on the floor or inside a tv console. Highly recommend.
