Very powerful washing!! I have always washed off my dishes before loading them in the dishwasher because of stuck on food. I'm finally getting to break that habit. This dishwasher is so powerful I don't have to do any of that, even if I wait a day or two before running the load. I have hard water and always ended up with sporty dishes even after using rinse aid.. this washer leaves everything spotless including the inside. Everything dries really great. Haven't had water dripping or spilling off of anything when unloading. I like that it pops open to help with the drying process. I'm a little ocd so I wasn't really sure what I would think of that, but it doesn't bother me at all. I gave it 4 stars because it dents really easily. Upon install, it got dented. I tried to use a blow dryer and ice to get the dents out, but it didn't work. I wish they would have used thicker stainless. Kinda stinks to pay so much for something and have it be damaged before it's even gotten the first use.

So far so good, the lg i bought a few years back was really disappointing but im liking this one, the third rack is great and it is super quiet. The storm wash feature is really great too. Also super cool how it opens after its done to let the steam out and help it dry

I generally like Samsung appliances and this one is no exception. It cleans well and has some good configuration options. That said, this may not work well for everyone as having the 3rd row on the top (that i love and my partner hates) blocks the top rack from holding anything even a hair taller than a standard pint glass. Additionally, the slats are very wide on the bottom rack, so holding tall skiny items like cups doesnt work well. Because we put silverwhere up on the 3rd rack we have taken out the baskets from the bottom rack and this gives us plenty of space for most of our pots and pans and other larger items. Another thing worth mentioning is that its very quiet compared to our old model. The only thing id say that is objectionally bad is that the 3rd rack feels incredibly flimsy to the point where i will not allow guests to touch my dishwasher (which isnt a huge deal because i dont want guests feeling obligated to ever do dishes), but if you have kids or less-than-careful adults I see this tray breaking quickly, like certainly in less than a year. Lastly, there is no drying function with the machine opening up to air dry insead.

I was doing research on a new machine while in process of repairing old my dishwasher. I knew what I wanted and miraculously this one showed up at a near by store at a phenomenal price so I gave up repair a purchased right away. I assumed it was just a floor model but after getting it home water came out from hose and I found a fork in the silverware tray. That along with some of the plastic on inside of machine showed signs of wear. I started to regret my decision as it said excellent condition but I found signs of usage. But thankfully after hooking it up and reviewing Best Buy’s Return policy’s I decided it was just a low used return for some reason. But it works flawlessly and do not regret my purchase. I’ve had it for about a month now and it works better than any of the 3 previous dishwashers I have purchased over the last 18 years. Having 3 boys they have gone through their paces and this Samsung with storm wash is amazing. Cause my adult kids still don’t rinse the dishes well lol. I love having 2 separate silverware baskets and the 3 rack for silverware as well. The upper rack for cups takes some getting used to loading correctly but I love how the rack angles help prevent water from pooling on top of the upside down cups. Only thing I wish is the website could display more information as to the condition of clearance items online cause we can’t actually see them.

Recently purchased Samsung dishwasher and we’re very impressed with what we’ve seen so far. Love how quite it is compared to our old Samsung and the newer features are amazing. We were a little hesitant to purchase another Samsung product. Had to replace a part in our old one (right after the 1yr warranty was up) then recently we had a different problem with it. Looking up the error code, we chose to just purchase a new one. The Best Buy guy said to try Samsung again because they have learned from their start up mistakes. We took his advice and are very happy!

Great dishwasher. Super quiet. Easy to install if you are a DIYer. The only thing is that I wish it had is a shorter cycle to wash and rinse. The shortest is 1 hour

The best thing about this dishwasher is the sound - there is none!! It does a great job with very little pre-rinsing. My extra plus is the door. NO handles!! I can show off the beautiful stainless. So easy to read the setting as well. I also opted for the third row. You must have it!!

I ended up having to start my Christmas research again after having difficulty locating another competitor unit that we were looking for. This met our criteria of (Black SS; 3rd Rack and Door Handle). I installed this unit myself, replacing a barely 10 year old Maytag. WOW, what a difference. The quiet factor that others mention is TRUE. VERY QUIET. These newer units squeeze every single inch of space out, so it barely fit my opening....but it did fit and the inside drum is again, engineered to use every inch of available space. Racks move very well and the cleaning is very satisfactory. (Will make an effort to keep nozzles clean on this one, something folks rarely do over time.) The Auto door opening w/ fan works well and is a nice feature. My hope is that the door handle will take the wear and tear off of the door, opening and closing over time. The top control buttons are logical from an engineering standpoint, and should help with the wear and tear as well. Time will tell! (Would like for the utensil holders to remove easily....only real complaint.) All in all, so far, we are very happy with this dishwasher and it matches our Whirlpool fridge perfectly. Classy machine, nicely done. (Picture below, excuse mess, remodeling 50 year old home....)

QUIET! so I can hear if the dishwasher is running! Lol! That’s how quiet this machine is. Love the three shelf options! I don’t even use the baskets as input all table utensils on top, cooking utensils on second shelf, freeing up the bottom for large bowls, pots, plates, etc. I’m enjoying this dishwasher and would buy it again!

Really nice dishwasher - it’s very quiet, and works just as expected. Adjustable top shelf for glass size-holds stemmed glasses so they don’t flop. Height of the top shelf is also adjustable! Utensil shelf is a great addition! Love the pop-open feature when the cycle is done - a gentle reminder to empty! Best part is “hidden buttons” … no buttons for the grandkids to change setting or start the dishwasher! Definitely recommend!

After shopping dishwashers for literally months, I found this one and I am so glad I waited! It’s so quite I have to make sure it’s actually running and dishes come out perfectly clean. I was worried that with the automatically opening at the end of the cycle that dishes wouldn’t dry, but i think they actually dry better that any dishwasher I’ve ever had. Love the storm wash, especially for pots or dishes I didn’t pre-rinse. Finally, it’s very sturdy and feels higher quality than more expensive dishwashers!

Extremely quiet, 2hr wash, bottom rack not user friendly

I love this dishwasher. I returned another Samsung dishwasher that didn’t dry very good. This one is super quiet and washes and drys excellent. I like that the door automatically opens at the end of the cycle. And the dishes even the glasses look nice and clean.

We absolutely love this dishwasher! While it's by far the most expensive one we've ever had, it's been well worth the money. We purchased the black stainless steel version and love how sleek it looks in our kitchen. Not only does it look great, but it actually does what it's supposed to do. Now our kids don't get to sing "What does the dishwasher do?" to us anymore. We haven't had to prewash nearly as much as we love how much extra space there is, which is what our family of 7 needed. The utensil rack is huge and we never even get a chance to fill it up. So far, we're in love!

Replaced our old dishwasher with this one and am very pleased with it. It’s ridiculously quiet and does a great job getting dishes clean. Lots of cycle options to choose from.

Love the QUIET! Our Kitchen is next to our Family Room and the older Dishwasher simply could not be used when watching TV or having conversations. This new Samsung is QUIET!! It actually causes me to look up from the TV or Laptop when I do hear it. Adjustable top shelf and plenty of room for everything...Great Deal.

Product excellent. Worked well for first week. Then stopped working as it detected a leak. Connection to garbage disposal was loose and caused a leak. Not a big deal. Temporarily put a bucket underneath to catch drips. Calling geek squad today to fix. Runs super quiet. Love the top rack for spatulas and such. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean and does not show smudges. Highly recommend.

It works like a dishwasher should, however I don't care for how hard the door is to open; you have to force it to open all the way. The racks do not slide in/out as easily as the other one I had prior to this. A piece of the 3rd rack has broken off and we haven't even had it 1 month, going to be calling about that. Also the start button is giving us some trouble, not starting immediately when pressed, I thought it quit working for a while, went and tripped the breaker and it seems to be working again. I don't think I would recommend this one just for the finicky things that have already happened. I do like that it seems to fit better than my other one. (old one was only 2 years old when it quit working on us)

So quiet you’ll have to look at the display to confirm it running. Everything is washed to perfection. It even pops open to vent at the end when it done! Amazing.
