Best portable ssd out. I carry this for IT work and it was nice that it included the usb3.0 and usbc cable. Transfer speed are nice and fast

Fantastic little drive with tons of storage at a great price.

It’s amazing how small these external drives have gotten. My old one was about eight years old and was working fine, but I was getting nervous so got a new one to make sure I have no issues in the near term. Works great and as intended.

I have been happy with my Samsung 2TB drive thus far. Simple and works well with my Mac. Although I hate that I had to also buy an adapter to plug it in (although I would say that is more of an issue of Mac connectivity lacking options)... frustrating.

I always purchase these Samsung solid state drives. In the past it has been the T5, but this time it was the T7. They are speedy and reliable. I believe the T7 is faster than the T5 - it felt faster, but I was also using it on a newer computer, so it could simply have been the bus speed. I also really like that they come with both a usb c to usb c cable and a regular usb to usb c cable - so no matter what kind of connection you need, it works. We have Macs and these drives work with them out of the box.

Fast, reliable and more than adequate storage space. A superb storage solution for any application.

Got this to store pictures from my iPhone. It's small and quick. It does get pretty warm, so just be cognizant of that.

Love the external hard drive. I use it to back desktop and laptop at the same time. Highly recommend it.

Simple and functional perfect for less Space and perfect storage

The Samsung - T7 4TB External USB 3.2 Gen 2 Portable SSD based on solid state technoloty is much more reliable than older hard disk drives which tend to wear out and crash within a year or so. I own several Samsung SSD devices. They have never crashed unlike 3 hard disk drive back devices I have owned.

This product was very simple to use and I was able to combine a number of files onto this one ssd and organize my images easily.

I picked up a Mac Mini to replace an older (and 8x the price) workstation. I upgraded the ram on the order but just got a 512GB hard drive model (which runsfxthe OS and programs) and have all the data/videos/photos, etc. on a Samsung T7 external over FireWire. The price-per-gig setting up this way made that decision easy. The data transfer speed is so fast, I can’t tell the difference between the external and internal (It’s immediately obvious how fast this is). Great drive!

This hard drive is super fast and a great deal! Amazing how much storage you get from something thats smaller than my wallet. I know this hard drive could potentially fail in the future but with no moving parts (SSD), its way more reliable than the hard drives we all used just a few years ago.

I use this for extended storage on my PS4/PS5 and it is excellent. Games load times decreased about 40%-50% on PS4, depending on the game. I also use it for PS4 games on my PS5 to free up valuable space on the internal storage. I highly recommend this for anyone with an extensive game library to help manage storage and avoid the constant re-download of games.

If you don’t have enough storage space than this is great for you. I’m using this for games storage.

Can't say enough about the t7. It's seriously awesome! So compact and so much fast storage. With the thunderbolt 4 now it blazes!
