I bought this external SSD and transfered all photos to the external SSD and the performance of my laptop was like I bought a new one. The transfer speed is fantastic.

I’ve had many computers and drives become door stops over the years. Having said that, this drive (I have multiple) works well on that capacity as well as an external boot drive or just a travel/ extra data storage device. My only quibble is, being that I use it with Macs, I wish they had a way to enable trim easily on legacy versions of OSX because Apple makes life difficult in this regard when it comes to 3rd party SSD’s.

It saves data much faster than my old external hard-disk drive. It’s very portable and lightweight. Also bought one for extra storage on my PS4 and it works great.

Drive died a little over a year.

Was fairly easy to set up though, Plug it in and It instantly starts working.

Games load much faster from this SSD than with the internal disk drive of the One X.

I transferred 30Gb of data in less than 5 minutes. I have a MacBook 2018. Your device has to be compatible to be able to take advantage of the speed. USB-C.

It works perfectly. I must also say, add it to the end of a short USB extension, 3.0 or better.
