I purchased this hard drive because my computer crashed and lost 50 years of music and pictures. I now store my music and pictures on this hard drive so if I have another crash, I still have my treasures

Using for storage for everything not X/S on my Series X, brought to replace a 500GB i brought to demo. The 500GB was perfect just needed larger storage. 2TB is major upgrade and the speed is 2x faster than sata but only 1/3rd of the X/S internal memoery. I usually transfer at 5gb/s with X and this tranafers at around 2.2gb/s while sata tops out around 800mb/s when moving games (figures are what X box shows on screen). Very fast device, i formatted and tested and uodated the firmware on PC First using Magician before installing to Series X

As someone who works in a creative field, I’m always on the move, and reliable storage is a must. The Samsung T7 Shield has completely transformed the way I store and transfer my data, offering the perfect balance of speed, durability, and portability.

It took me a while to get it going for what I wanted it for, but that has nothing to do with the device itself, just Microsoft dropping support for non-cloud backups. Once I got it working it worked perfectly well. I don't leave it connected, just put it in for the new backup periodically.

Very durable, light weight. Very convenient to carry around while traveling! A savior during emergency recharges for sure!

I'm using this for Apple Time Machine. It's fast and reliable. With other drives backup have taken forever and caused slowness. Not with this Samsung T7 SSD drive. Backups happen quickly and there's no noticeable slowdown with the mac.

Fast and reliable. I've never had to put its durability to use, thankfully, but the extra touch exterior doesn't make it too bulky. Get's warm but not uncomfortably hot in my experience. It's a dust magnet, but not a big deal.

I bought this to do external video recordings with my Panasonic DC-S52X, instead of using an SD card. This works excellently. It survived a drop. It runs fast. I can edit the video directly from the drive and have excellent performance in Premiere Pro. It's also just plug and play for your computer. I let my camera format it for its use, which took seconds. I bought the 2TB version, and it's done exactly as I hoped it would do. I definitely recommend it.

I bought this on black Friday and got a great deal on it. Its perfect for storing my photos and videos (which i have a ton of), and it also just looks cool. Love the size and feel of it as well.

This SSD is awesome - fast and easy for backing up huge amounts of Mac Time Machine and icloud photos data. Comes mac compatible right out of box. Its also super nice and efficient design of the SSD itself. Can easily take it anywhere you go

I bought the Samsung T7 Shield 1TB SSD online from Best Buy and it’s been great so far. The transfer speeds are super fast, perfect for backing up large files and working on the go. I really like the rugged design—it feels solid and the IP65 water/dust resistance gives me peace of mind. Setup was quick and easy, and it works perfectly with both my Mac. Definitely a solid investment if you need portable, reliable storage.

This thing holds a ton of stuff and is fast! I use this for photography and save tons of raw and edited photos to the device. It's a life saver.

It does the job. The size is very compact. It feels grippy and fun to hold. It is fast enough to install Steam games onto and play from it and that is why I bought it. The only annoying thing was when I connected it to my Samsung tablet, it was not recognized. I had to install the app for it to work on the tablet. I shouldn't have to install an app for the drive to work. The app also was janky and looks like it was designed by a highschooler. Still recommended though.

I’ve been using this ice maker in my kitchen for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping drinks cold without running to the store. It produces ice quickly — a fresh batch in about 8–10 minutes. The auto shut-off works as promised, and the compact size makes it easy to place on a counter or move around. The only downside is the noise during the freeze cycle. It’s not unbearable, but if you’re in a quiet apartment or want it running while you sleep, you’ll definitely hear it. Bottom line: Great for small households, bar setups, or RVs. Just expect some sound while it’s working.

So far so good, it works well, holds a lot of files and they transfer really fast. I’m happy with my purchase

4TB SSD drive! What more can you say about this one??? It works it holds a crap ton of data, is portable and without any of the issues that typically plague portable IDE drives. These are also getting cheaper in price every year it seems like. Cant wait until i can get a 1pb version of these (Maybe another 5-10 years down the road lol). Comes with 2 different cables USB A to USB C and then C->C as well. Rugged works and moderately priced.
