Looses connection a lot!

Spent another $65 on some really nice stands for them. The issue is they constantly fade in and out like they are loosing connection. The receiver is within six feet of the sound bar. When they work they sound great but unfortunately now I’m stuck with them.

No use. They suggested to return it. Got the second new unit from BB. Issue remains the same. Also, the sound from the working speaker is too low, hard to feel unless our ear is very close to the speaker. It’s not worth, waste of time. My first bad buy from best buy. Yes, it may be fault of manufacturer but why BB sells this inferior product?

NO Sound after repositioning speakers. Wire inserts into speaker had to be adjust numerous times to get quality sound. Once proper postion is found, DO NOT TOUCH! Definitely not a Bose Lifestyle System replacement. Samsung Online Support was of no assistance. Disappointed!
