Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Rear Loud Speaker Kit and sharing your experience.
I am sorry to see that the audio output is not meeting your expectations. Please know that the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind you. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1) Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not capable of surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2) If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote.
3) Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holing the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode. Depending on your soundbar model, you may or may not have DRC.
4) Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the Sound Control button on the Soundbar remote control. a. For example, if you are connected to the Samsung Harman Kardon HW-Q70R, you would press the Sound Control button on the Q70R remote (looks like a gear), then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
If the above does not help and you need further troubleshooting, please contact Samsung Customer Support via any of the below options: 1) Phone: 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars) Available 8AM - 12AM EST (Mon-Fri) / 9AM - 11PM EST (Sat-Sun)

Don’t waste your money!!! These “loudspeakers” are not loud at all. I had to turn the volume to max in order to even hear the speakers. I immediately returned them the following day. Samsung products are really disappointing lately.

Thank you for purchasing this Samsung Loudspeaker System. I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with performance.
Please know that when a sub-woofer is connected to the soundbar, the Bass button on the remote becomes the Subwoofer key. You can push the button up or down to adjust the subwoofer volume.
Because the subwoofer is designed to pick up and amplify low frequency sounds, you won’t always hear it. To test if the sub-woofer is working properly, we recommend you play a Blu-ray or UHD DVD movie with plenty of explosions, and place your hand on the subwoofer. You should feel vibrations as the unit receives and transmits the incoming audio from the content. Another good test is to play music content with deep bass via Bluetooth connection, as it is not dependent on “effects” decoding.
I hope these tips help to improve your audio experience with the system. Please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance via any of the below options:
1) Phone: 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars) Available 8AM - 12AM EST (Mon-Fri) / 9AM - 11PM EST (Sat-Sun)

These rear speaker addons worked flawlessly up until yesterday April 3. They cut in and out every few minutes and ruin the surround sound enjoyment. They're connected to my HW-W70R soundbar which is connected to my Q70R TV. All the devices are designed to be compatible with one another. Disconnected and rebooted all the devices, unlinked them from one another, and unlinked them from wifi. Then reconnected them together. Fixed for like a few hours then started again. Wires are all fine and some people seem to have this problem but there at no solid solutions. Not even for this price is it worth getting something that works intermittently. First Samsung product to disappoint me.

These work to add some rear sound but not a lot. I mean I didn't expect much from 2ohm speakers but just be warned they are pretty tiny. I'm currently using these directly to a receiver and they sound tiny. It's probably even worse when mated to a Samsung sound bar using what I assume is Bluetooth. These are fine if you don't care about quality.

Still can’t figure this out. Sound is coming out from these speakers but pretty low. You’ve got to turn up your soundbar and blast your ears before you can start hearing decent sound from these. Asked BBand they said it was because of the Bluetooth connection???? Choose something else.

Bought this in hopes to just hang the speakers on the wall and not have to deal with any wires but was very disappointed. The wireless is only for to connect them to the sound bar not to the actual receiver also doesn’t connect to all of the sound bars check the models it’s compatible with
