Bought this item 36 days ago... item has failed and I lost about 3T worth of work. Best Buy doesn't take returns after 15 days and Western Digital (who own SanDisk) only warranties their product for 30 days. Now I see why. $330 down the drain!! DON'T BUY!!

Unfortunately approximately every 3 months this ssd gives me no option but to format it. Literally doesn’t give me any choice just gives me warning and that no drive or days is found and format button.

Great drive but Apple TimeMachine doesn't like it. My mac runs backups fine on other drives, but it rarely works on this one without locking it up. Disk Doctor says it's ok but it's not.

Bought and exchanged twice and worked for a bit but then began deleting files automatically. And I upgraded from the lower model for the best experience and this happened twice.

This purchase made me realize how horrible customer service is at Beat Buy. They don’t honor price match. I found this $60 cheaper on Amazon and they would honor it. They are horrible. Cheaper for you to get these from Amazon.

This was advertised and we were told by staff (we double checked before purchase) that this would work with a PlayStation 5 and it does not, making it completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, my husband is a truck driver and didn’t find out until after he’d left for the month, so we were unable to return it.

I’ve used these sandisk products before and have never had issues. However, this one is slow and causes my computer to freeze. Super frustrating. Of course it sat in my desk for a while before I started using it, so it’s too late to return. I’m super frustrated.

Returned it because later found out have to download Microsoft software.

Worked fine for the first week then external keeps crashing and becoming corrupt now. Unusable.

It doesn't work all the time. I thought they had a great product but it didn't work out that way.

It was good drive and recent stats shows that its degrading and I lost 4TB of data at once..

Don't buy it. It's a scam. Data Transfer is terrible. Slow Speed. Got a replacement from Sandisk. The replacement has the same issues as well.
