I bought this because I needed something that could go back and forth between my PC and my MacBook Pro and for 128GB the price was unbeatable. I have noticed that when it is plugged into the USB-C port on my MacBook Pro it gets noticeably hot so be warned and the act of plugging it into the computer actually pushes the USB back into the housing, so perhaps not the best design choice, but still very useful for what I paid for it.

3.1 technology, state of the art storage at reasonable price.

I was curious about buying a USB C flash drive. So I decided to buy a SanDisk. I have never had any issues with their products, that why I chose this manufacture. It's nice, not as fast as I would have liked but it did the job. I like that it has a USB 3.0 and USB C. Don't need an adapter when going from Mac to PC.

The read speeds are not bad, but if you want better write speeds this is not for you. For that i would rather get the Samsung flash drive. Whenever this flash drive gets really hot, it’s really hard to touch it because of the metal material. I use this flash drive for my iPad Pro and it works perfectly fine.

I got this to use for transferring files between my laptop and iPad Pro. Works perfectly. I have less than adequate internet so using iCloud to upload then re-download isn’t exactly data-economical. And the storage capacity is good to for storing a just about everything I need backups for too.

Awesome little storage system with plug and play functionality on either end that makes it super easy to transfer pictures, videos, etc off the phone and onto my larger external drive. One might say it can be done in a flash, but puns aren't my forte. Only thing missing is a loop to keep it attached to the phone or keys as I've almost lost it a few times in the past week Ive had it, but I lose everything pretty easily as it is, so it could just be me.

Apple was no longer selling their 64GB Sandisk thumb drive exclusive to their store and I'm glad. Reviews were bad and they are no longer available. Found this one instead, twice the capacity, less costly and bought it in case I ever needed it for my new MacBook Pro. Ended up needing it the next day. Works great but find a safe place to keep it, it is very small.

Purchased SanDisk 128GB USB Type A/Type C convertible flash drive so I could transfer files from my cell phone (USB Type C) to my laptop (USB Type A) w/o using a cable. The product has an innovative design and can easily switch between USB Type A and USB Type C.

I bought 1 for myself at top price. It worked so well. Easy of use, storage, compact. I then bought 2 on sale and sent one to my sister. Just what I needed for download of photos from note 9. I also used for printing up photos on my epson printer. Work so well thinking of buying a backup.

The price was pretty great on sale and I didn’t own any that were for USB C so I took a chance and it works great! Nice and fast and so far has been stable. I’ve had some flash drives from others that have failed pretty quickly with very little use but this has been solid!

Such a great portable little flash drive. I actually connect it with my iPad to back up photos and videos. Its perfect for the amount of space and how durable and convenient it is. Not too big but not so small that you could lose it. You won't regret getting this

Have had many SanDisk usb drives over the years this is by far and away my favorite. one caveat its small i know I'm gonna lose it sometime lol. the flexibility of USB 3.1 and USB c is awesome stick it in my phone to retrive some picture and easily swap out on board music files Love it

I take alot of pictures and 4K video at family and sporting events, so a large capacity thumb drive that can then be used between my smartphone and a computer is the easiest way to move so much data at a time.

Great pick up for base iPad Pro! Must have for your iPad Pro if you use it for content creation and help store footage. Allows you to connect and seem less use. Highly recommend for creatives and students.

With a newer Android phone and tablet (Samsung), I wanted something that would store files from my PC for use on either device. This is perfect. Plenty of storage for me needs, and plenty fast...movies stream from the drive to the tablet with no stutters. And on sale for less than $40!

I am happy with the read and write speed of this product. This gets hot but I think that is not abnormal. Keeps my MacBook Pro SSD clean. I keep the backup of photos and other nonurgent documents in this drive. The size is small and is easy to use. I am satisfied with my purchase.

This drive works beautifully on the 2019 16" MacBook Pro. Very convenient to have both USB-A and USB-C so I can go back and forth between my other computers. Speed is top notch on the Macbook's T3 ports, even though the device is just USB-C 3.1. Highly recommend.

I like that it can use both sides to switch between usb-c and regular usb. This means I can use my mac to share files with windows easily since my macs all use usb-c. Overall excellent for what it does. However, I'm not sure how fast this is and haven't done enough research and testing so I'd give it 4 stars since it may have issues XD.

It's a nice 2 in 1 usb as it does get the job done to transfer very quick within mins, as does varies transfer speeds at times and gb size your trying to copy fies over from your phone or to the pc, but it's not like that you'll see a file be copying all day long; just a with in few mins tops. It's a neat handy usb to carry around for any reason possible. If you wanted to be a little extra. You can buy a usb type c or a micro usb connector if you wanted to use the usb side if you didn't have the 2 in 1 cable by any chance. *Always make sure to safely eject the usb to whatever your doing as it could corrupt your files at any given moment.

I use this USB-C storage device on my new MacBook Air. Having a USB and USB-C connection makes it a great option for share files between a traditional USB port device and a USB-C device. It have enough storage space for pictures and documents. I highly recommend it.
