    There was no description as to the usb type when I bought this so, I bought it guessing it would have a USB type-C as C is replacing type-A in most of the major products. But, to my dissapoinment, it's a type-A. Sure I could get a convertor, but I haven't so far so, it's just laying around. Hope this helps anyone wondering the same thing as this product lacks transparency in their description.
