How do they expect someone to mount a tv to the wall without having the correct bolts to bolt it down. Make it make sense. Best Buy it's not you at all, its SANUS. 100% I was disappointed at SANUS not BEST BUY.

Mount is great but bolts are average
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mount which is easy to install and does a nice job holding my 65" to the wall. The only negative was while driving the 4 bolts into the wall studs, 3 of them stripped out. Had to back them out with a set of vice-grips and purchase new bolts at Home Depot to complete the job. I would highly recommend this mount, but just make sure you have properly drilled pilot holes and a high-torque drill to drive those bolts in.
