My son needed this for his xbox. He needed more memory for his games

My hard drive space has doubled and it works better than a traditional external HD. Reminds me of the memory cards from the original two PlayStations. Is that blasphemy to say about an XBox item?

When the Xbox Series S & X first launched I felt that Microsoft and Seagate were trying to take advantage of us again. After having using these drives on my daughter's Series S and my Series X, I absoluty love them. This drive is the same as the internal drive on the Series S|X, so it has the same quick resume features. Im saving up to buy the 2TB model of this soon.

There isn't much you can say about this, it does what it needs to do, it's literally nand memory with a heatsink that has a plastic cover to put your hand on. It's decently priced for that comparable speed devices sell at but is still expensive. If you do get this keep in mind that it will got pretty warm, borderline hot. This is actually normal, believe it or not nand memory operates more efficiently at higher temperatures.

Worth the price. Holds all my games that I have so far. Super fast to. Another reason i like it.

As soon as this is connected, your games load up instantly. Very small and discrete but very fast.

As a serious gamer I would definitely recommend to get this memory card for the new Xbox series X/S, especially if u are tired of deleting games. The storage space is pretty decent especially if you do not want to utilize your systems storage data. I use this for games that are optimized for the Xbox and a additional storage device for other games. I just wish it had more than 1 Tb of data

A must have if you want the fastest speeds and more space on Xbox series S/X

Like you at first I was debating on having this due to the cost and the fact I had a 4TB game drive from my XOX. However after using Series X it became clear a lot of games actually have New Gen upgrades and therefor need to be on your SSD. The 1tb or rather the 800gb or so usable space fills up very quickly and you will be happy with the additional space. if you see this under $200 Id say get it.

This is an absolute must if you plan on storing more then a few next gen games. Pricey but worth it!

This thing works great and if you have a next gen I’d recommend the external SSD. These newer games can be massive in size and you’ll need the storage unless you’re ok with playing one game at a time

Got this on sale. As simple as can be. Insert in the back of the Xbox One X|S and you are good to go. Good to have if you are tired of having multiple portable hard drives / SSDs plugged in via USB cable and simply want less "clutter".

Great external memory card. But a bit pricey. But a necessary evil

Works perfectly out of the box. However it is expensive for what it is.
