4 stars mainly for price, but at least the price isn't ONLY high because it's proprietary like the Xbox 360 add-on drives were. It's also high because it's a gen 4x2 NVMe drive. It's actually pretty well-priced when comparing to other NVMe drives. But, it could have probably hit that sub $200 price point.
Getting that out of the way, this expansion card works just like the internal storage of the Xbox Series S/X and allows you to play next gen games from it. The Xbox console will make a separate install location when inserting this into it. Also, make sure the console is on when inserting the expansion card into the console.
Includes a 3 year warranty, which is pretty awesome.

Stupid easy to use. Just remove from packaging and place in the proper slot on the back of Xbox Series X or Series S. Give it cool name.
I own a lot of games and subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This extra drive makes it easy to keep all my games on hand and take full advantage of the Series X/S systems. It was worth the $$$ from my experience so far.
Go on and get it. You've bought dumber stuff before.

This is definitely a must (EXPENSIVE) have accessory for the Xbox Series X. One thing that I haven't really heard a lot people talk about that is great is the fact that when you add this to your Xbox it doesn't take away from your USB external storage at all so you can still use the whole 16TB 3.0 Max limit for old games + 2TB SSD storage for the current gen games. Works great and easy to install, I have no regrets

Couldn't be easier to use you open the box remove the plastic part covering the card put into your Xbox Series console and it's ready to go. $220 is a bit on the expensive side, but I was able to get 10% off the item through a BB promotion so under $200 I would recommend it. Series X games seem to run as fast on the card as from the internal SSD.

Now I can play all my games and not have to keep moving games between my external hard drive and internal storage. Literal game changer. The original price was a no-go for me but now that WD came out with their offering, Seagate lowered their prices, finally.

This memory expansion is fantastic. Pairs really well with my Xbox series S. Right out of the gate, the price for this was, in my opinion, too high. Now that the cost has come down, it's s great option for Xbox series S users wanting to expand the storage.

The storage device is necessary for the series x/s if you game a lot. I bought it reluctantly, but have already started using it. The expansion is really fast at transferring content and the same as the internal drive at loading content. The price doesn't want to go down unfortunately. Buy this size, and enjoy more games while your wallet gets empty.

Simple as the title, plug into slot and just like that, simulates the internal SSD speeds, no drawbacks besides pricing of course, price to pay for Proprietary electronics
