    It makes lots of noise where the drive is moving back-and-forth even when you’re not using it. It seems to slow down my computer for some reason. I bought a new computer with a fast processor but it’s slow which may be due to this external drive.

    I recieved a 14.5 TB in a 16 TB box other that that it worked perfectly, very quiet, I returned the Item & returned in store & was fully refunded.

    Working great so far. Came with all the necessary cables. Fast file transfer speeds. Have not used the built in software so can't speak to its usefulness.

    Drive arrived in perfect condition. Excellent unit. Very high capacity in a small package. I am using it for storage with my Zapper Box TV off-the-air DVR and it is completely compatible with this unit (I checked with Zapper Box before purchasing).
