Very good capacity and decently fast for being an HDD and the price it is.

As there is no power button on this hard drive, it sleeps until activated. Each time it needs to spin back up again, it freezes the file explorer in Win 11. I love the mass space, but not sure this is a keeper for what I need it for, as it will probably just slow things down too much. Great price though.

The drive works fine. It is a little noisy from time to time. It does meet my need for a larger capacity drive.

Great drive for photo backup. Would. It use for Finalcut editing but great for rchiving projects.

Picked this unit up as long term backup for my hard drive. Nice unit, does make a somewhat frequent rumbling noise which is annoying.

Great hard drive, super light super efficient, good price

The drive is noisy A lot of drives are, but this is more about enclosure dampening of sound It has rubber feet for standing up, but it’s 2x louder standing (if not more) If you put it on a desk that is a typical ikea cheaper wood design, it will thrum, clunk and echo that sound under the desk, amplifying it Laying it flat lessens the noise, and putting some foam pads under it helps Some people buy these on sale to shuck for cheaper storage They are good for that and probably better than using the included enclosure sound wise Overall good drive, minus 2 stars for very bad (loud) enclosure design. Especially since these are more consumer marketed

Nice plug and play external hard drive with high 20TB capacity. Great for storing video backups that i save for clients of my wedding videography business.

I have had no real complaints about this, although I know some people have made comments. Works for my use case and I would buy again.

There's no way I could use all this space, but I don't have to worry about running out of space and the drive has permitted me to back up all my work (personal, bills, etc.) very easily. Peace of mind.

Exactly what you need for large capacity storage, also reliability is the principal reason for this over the others brand.

So far it's been an incredibly smooth process. Just had to plug it in and it's working flawlessly.

I've had this hard drive for 5 months. Though it can make some clunky noises coming up to speed, it is accessible in about 4-7 seconds if it has timed out.

i was running low on my tree m.2 4TB SSD's but man this HDD saved me on storage but be aware your PC will take away 2TB of space from the 20TB drive for backups and the drive will say 18.1TB not and 20TB but over all seagate never fails me.

Works well enough. Using it as a basic backup drive. Fast enough and seems good enough.
