A bit big and can be a little bit noisy at times, but for the price it works very well and is a good bargain.

Easy setup. For 20TB it has a small footprint. Very quiet. Quick read and write speeds.

First of all, it's not noisy like other people have written in their reviews. It's super quiet, & works right out of the box. All of my Seagate Drives have stood the test of time that I own, so I'm very happy w/my purchase so far. Also, it's 20TB, & was on sale at a good price @BB.

Only had the drive for a month or so and it’s performing as expected. I have several Seagates and I haven’t had any issues.

The drive work properly and provided the extra disk space, backup and Recovery Service. Would purchase this Seagate expansion drive again. It function rather quickly on the download of data, plus the Data Recovery function.
