    I purchased a few of these for a high end server that needed speed and space. It was easier than a mechanical drive and separate SSDs. It's fast, large, and cheap. I would buy it again.

    Good buy. More faster than a regular HD but if you really want it more faster and you have the money, go buy the ssd. It will be worth it. I am using this as back up only but my main is an ssd for mostly used games and for windows startup.

    Its a 2TB normal (7200rpm) hard drive with a little flash storage. What I could gather from research is 8GB flash MLC flash, which is at least better than TLC and QLC. This is basically a 7200RPM hard drive with some flash to help with those data that is accessed often to speed thing sup. If you keep this in mind, then you'll be good. IF you think this will replace a SSD, or even mostly replace SSD, then, save up more and get an SSD. I use this as a third drive, primary and secondary are SSDs.

    Consistent performance, good results when used as a secondary drive. Decent read and write @200MBps seq and @4MBps random.

    I have been using Seagate products for a long time. A good HDD for gaming. The load times are close to SSD. I am impressed with it. If you have a gaming rig, then you should consider using this.

    I bought this to replace a failed hard drive in my computer. I thought it would be hard to install but it wasn't. The hard part was getting the computer case opened.

    Currently (5.15.19), ordering this item will get you the 3.5, not the 2.5 as advertised. I verified with the guy at Best Buy that it was the site and not me that messed up. The UPC and model numbers match, but the specs are all wrong. That said, if you're not trying to get a replacement drive for your PS4, this might work well fir your desktop.
