Seagate 2 TB External Hard Drive

It did not work at all! It would connect to the computer and then disappear time and time again. I was afraid I would lose valuable data, so I returned it.

Both times I have accidentally disconnected this external hard drive and immediately lost all of my data. (hard drive fell off my desk and disconnected manually or was accidentally pulled) Surely there is a hard drive out there that can take having it disconnected without ejecting by accident at least once. Once is all it took for this hard drive to be completely useless.

Nothing but issues.

Nothing but unfixable errors, "not responding", and unpredictable effects on syncing. It's too late to return it, and I give up on it. It's back to my 7 yo WD Passport which has never had, or caused, a problem.

Stopped working

The motors did not run just the beep. I immediately return and picked up a WD SSD although it is only 1TB as opposed to 2TB
