This is the second Segway scooter that I’ve purchased. I bought one for my son who was going to college so that he could quickly navigate the campus. Then my younger son, who is in eighth grade, needed a way to get around without putting stress on his knee after surgery. They are great way to cruise around a small town or large campus.

I bought this segway for quick trips from truck stops for food. Folds easy and is everything I hoped for. I bought 2 more so we can enjoy as a family. Super fun.

Please read!! We love this scooter! It’s been fun for ages 11-55. However, we bought 2 and one was a lemon. Wouldn’t turn on at all. However, Best Buy made the exchange process easy and convenient. As for the one working scooter, does great on hills (sports mode) and the battery holds up like expected.

Love this ride. Ended up getting the extra battery pack and have to say that us well worth it.

I was waiting for 3 weeks for the scooter to come. After opening the box, I assembled the whole thing. After assembly, I turned it on but it wouldn't turn on. I figured that I just needed to charge it so I waited for 5 more hours. After 5 hours the thing still wouldn't work. I even checked the wiring multiple times. I then decided to return the product. I read just read the reviews of this scooter after I bought it. Turns out that other people also had the same experience as mine. The production team should have tested before they sell the product to have good customer satisfaction. The company would lose more customers if this continues to happen. Future customers would probably buy again if they fix their production team.

Excellent scooter. Well worth the investment. I’ve ridden about 30 miles so far and no issues. Note the 15 mile range is for the slowest speed. With the turbo speed you can expect half.

Pros: Very lightweight, grate app usage. Love the ability to customize the led colors under the deck. Led display. Manual and Electronic brake. Cons: Feels cheap, adhesive lifting on deck. Doesn’t handle potholes well so you must drive on flat asphalt to avoid damage. My major issue is that my model ended up getting Error 21 issue with the battery only after 2 rides. Very disappointed so now I have to lug the thing back to BestBuy.

This is my best travel buddy. It never fails me when I need to go around the city and do some chores. I don't need to drive a car especially now with the price of gasoline. E Scooters saves me a lot of money.
