Works great with an Amazon Echo, but the Bluetooth connectivity makes it not compatible with Google Home or HomeAssistant without an additional hub. Also not compatible with Philips Hue.

Fun indeed but not a biggie ..Make sure to give them their own name. Confusing if you have 3 Alexa like we do. Use the microphone off feature to keep the confusion down.

I dont like the color very much but its a nice addition when im trying to work with some light

I just stressed about my lights and wasted my evening on these light bulbs after being unable to figure out why they weren’t working. In teeny tiny writing on the box, says it requires an Alexa to be paired. That was a waste.

Hard to setup. Have being trying to setup for weeks. Finally gave up on this setting. The only thing I’m using it for is a light bulb in the room. It’s not bright. Good for a bedroom for coziness.

I bought 3 of these Sengled - Smart Bluetooth MESH LED Soft White A19 Bulb - Soft White based on the reviews that I read here on Best Buy. I have to say that this was the easiest setup ever with the new Alexa Echo 4th Generation because this model has a built in smart hub which was needed in order to setup without having to purchase the Sengled hub. I control them from home or away and they work incredibly on the Alexa App. They Alexa App feature allows you turn on or turn off all your lights at once and I love this especially when I am away from home and I want to see my crib through my Google Nest Cams. For $10 a pop you cannot go wrong but I actually got these 3 as a free gift when buying 3 of the Echo Dot 4th generation at half price during Black Friday. Thank you, Best Buy...!!!

These came bundled with my Alexa dots. I was skeptical. Why would I need these? Turns out, they are really handy. I love being able to turn lights up and down as needed, like while watching a movie. It is also nice for my kids who can turn on lights before entering a room so its not so scary. The downside is that they do seem to be a bit glitchy, requiring a bit of work to set up again on the Alexa app. Worth it though for us!

Works well. Is a soft light. Easy to set up with Alexa. Alexa found bulbs immediately. Both are in sane light fixture and naming each was hardest decision. LOL. Great bulbs if you desire soft cool lighting.

These smart bulbs are bright and intelligent. I put (4) in my ceiling fan. They were a little finicky, because you can't use them in lights with dimmer, and although my ceiling fan does not have a dimmer, the way its wired makes it act like a dimmer due to the variable electric feed. But now that its working I can light up one, 2 3 or all just by telling Alexa to turn on what I've named them. I can also dim or brighten by just saying Alexa dim ceiling fan to the percentage I desire.

I LOVE these lights. They work really well with Alexa and I have not experienced any issues other than not remembering all the different color names for voice command. Its great to have the blue when you're trying to reduce eye strain, or the daylight when you want the most amount of light. These bulbs also don't get hot. They get pretty warm around the socket, but the actual bulb portion does not get hot. This is nice if youre a fool who needs to change a bulb that's been on for a while, but you probably don't need to do that often at all. I have had no problems pairing any of the Sengled lights with the Alexa dot.

Works great got a 4 pack gave each bulb to someone else they dont have to be all used as 1 item , they are convienant you can set them up with or without alexa , they have many different settings light brightness percent or color or even the simple turn off or on , bedroom this is perfect when you start to fall asleep just tell alexa to turn the light off then you dont have to get up to turn off the switch then get back comfortable.

Easy to set up. But if you're new to setting up a smart bulb it might take a while to figure it out because of the instruction that came with it. Just youtube it. Over all its a good smart bulbs. Cheaper than hue bulbs. Works with alexa also which is nice.

Love these lights. I now have them in almost every room and have started gifting theses as presents. They are very easy to setup using the app. No issues with Alexa. Im very happy with these.

In the past I have bought the phillips hue bulbs, and since a dollar today does not spend the same a a dollar 5 years ago, I opted to give thes bulbs a try. They do change colors, you can set them up with Alexa for hands free operation, and they didnt hit my wallet like hue bulbs do. For the price of one hue bulb i can get almost 8 Sengled bulbs. Set up was easy, even with Alexa, and they do basically the same thing Hue bulbs do for a lot less.

This 'smart' bulb can be a blessing or a curse. It has a tendency to 'lose' connection with my network now and then. When it does, it takes a bit to re-connect. That being the downside - the upside is when it works - it does a great job. Our 'grandson' loves being able to change colors with his voice along with turning it on and off.

I had no trouble at all setting up these lights. If they stop responding, turn the switch on and off a few times to reset. I have my lights set on a routine in the Alexa app to automatically turn on and off when I'm away on vacation which has been really helpful. I also love that I can set the lights to different colors. My kids know when the lights turn blue, it's time to clean up, and when they turn red, it's time to go to bed. :-)

Cool and fun to have. Recommend keeping electricity source on for this device. If you have it on a switch the device will disconnect and not connect back after a while. You’ll have to setup the BT again. But for the price you can’t beat it.

Loved this light bulb when I first got it. Easily connected to my Echo. Had to unplug the lamp it was in and since then have been unable to get them to reconnect. I reset Echo and rest the light bulb numerous times to no avail. Even tried a new bulb that came with an Echo I am giving as a present. It will not connect either! Spent 3 hours on this and am now pulling my hair out! After a few hours, I tried again and it connected easily, so I upgraded the review. It's a cool system. Just be persistent if the device cannot be found.

Alexa found it quick and setup was do e in just a few mins. Works great so far and is very bright. I used this in my attic instead of adding a switch. Now I can have Alexa turn my attic light on before I go up there. My next home will be filled with these smart lights. Very easy to setup and use.

pros: price functionality - ability to schedule and change colors Sengled customer service cons: seems that every time my power goes out, the lights and my Alexa devices 'get outta sync.' After that, I have to re-pair them to Alexa or prompt Alexa multiple times to execute commands. If you have issues pairing to your Alexa device, try telling Alexa to discover devices instead of using the Alexa app. Also, if you have multiple Alexa devices, try different ones. You require 2+ gen and I found that my Echo Dot ball (latest as of March 2022) worked way better than my Echo Dot 3rd gen (like a hockey puck w/ speakers on the side). Also, while I've only had the lights two months, I've used them in exterior/outside environments without issue. Granted, the lights have a 'roof' over them so it's not like they're getting directly rained on. The manufacturer suggests using them only internally, but I'm just sharing my experience.
