A little expensive but so far everything is great. I bought this to replace a cross-cut shredder that died. So far I am very happy with it. I particularly like the security of the fine shredding. The pull out drawer is a real plus for ease of emptying. Have not had any problems with overheating and although it does bog down a little bit with about 6-7 sheets (I have not tried 12), this does not affect the shredding ability at all.

Compact, reasonably quiet, and no chance of assembling the paper after a cutting. Easy pull out bin with see-through window. Separate slot for dvd's etc...overheat signal... Negative/positive: (opinion only) no auto start/stop. Auto preferred, just never noticed this feature lacking when ordering. It does have a reverse/off/start switch. Satisfied with purchase to date.

This schredder is the best we have bought so far, It has a bigger basket than the others we had that had to be emptied many times as we were shredding. It is quiet and works really well.

very good. not much of jamming. solid performance. also create less trash volume.

Buy this shredder!!! I've only had it for a month - but i'm very pleased! It cuts the paper into unrecognizable bits... It really works, is quiet and small enough to store in a small NYC apartment

Love this shredder. We have used it for about 10 months now. It's a little noisy (okay, a lot noisy), but very effective. It doesn't jam and cuts paper and credit cards into tiny pieces.

Although the feed process is a bit slow, the fact that you may shred 12 pages at a time more than makes up for it. I absolutely love the long plug/cable and the casters make it easy to move the shredder around the office. I love it!

I had a similar shredder that happening to recently burned out on me. The motor burned out on me, after 5 years or so... But this shredder is AMAZING... crazy how good is... Its personal professional printer i would call it... Incredible..

By far the best paper shredder as of yet. Not only is it light to move, but it has the small tires in which you can move with ease. Also, it was a great idea to put the open drawer in the front to open and trash shredded paper

This is a really good shredder for the price. It's not too noisy, portable and most importantly, it shreds papers pretty fast. I would recommend it for anyone who's looking for a good shredder for home office.

So far this shredder has lived up to my expectations. I've used it for about a month's worth of documents that needed to be shredded. The container is easy to add a plastic shopping bag and replace when full.

Unlike other shredders, this machine does not over heat quickly and you could shred a lot for a long time.

I bought this shredder to replace a shredder that was over 10 years old. I like that this model has wheels to move it around a room easily. It heats up after about 30 minutes of use and needs a cool down period. I follow the recommended maintenance with lubricant sheets and I have no issues with it operating.

I can't count how many cheap shredders I have had to throw in the trash. When you use they jam up and burn up. I am very pleased thus far in my moderate use of this machine. One of those purchases that will make you glad you spent a little more perhaps but made the right choice! Okdave@ gives it 5 stars

Wanted a shredder that wasn’t wimpy. This is it. I don’t over tax it. I use common sense & don’t treat it like a wood chipper. Do that & it works great. Be a moron, and expect a cure to your stupidity & you’ll be let down - that’s life , spoiled consumer baby pants.

Works great. I can tell it's well made and durable. The wheels help a lot. Our old unit dies after 20 years but didn't have wheels so it was a hassle to move around. Highly recommend. Best Buy had a great price on it and got it to me quickly

This shredder is such an improvement over the one I wore out. It is a pleasure to not have to remove the staples before shredding. The bucket is so easy to remove and dump. And it certainly shreds everything to little pieces, not strips.
