Bought this online and nice product cleans well but did not meet our expectation as does not clean all dust but yes makes ur floor shine if your pick dust on ur own using a Vaccum or something else. Heats up fast and handle is good too

This steamer works great for me since I'm a beginner! I have laminate floors and it cleans them very well. No need for a mop that doesn't work anymore.

Bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law as a replacement and she RAVES about it! I cannot wait to get one of my own. It beats getting on your hands and knees for a deep clean of the floor. I have a competitors brand but it doesn't have the steam feature. Best Buy had the price beat over several department stores and I am a huge fan of Shark Products. I have a handheld mini-vac and its been running like a champ for years.

Doesn't really compare to other steam mops on the market but really can't complain. Does the job and the biggest hassle is cleaning the pad. Easy to use and inexpensive.

I really did a lot of research on this mop. I checked on the reviews. I purchased it because I have cats and it doesn’t use toxic chemicals to clean my floors. I use distilled water in this unit. It has been great and a very good price

I love the ease of mopping my floor and fast drying time. So easy to use

It's nice having a machine to to quick clean up on my floors. I like that it's steam and no chemicals just add water, plug it in and wait about a minute then push down a couple of times to saturate the pad and start cleaning and the fact that I can just throw the pad in the washer is great. Totally worth the money for the ease and convience.

This mop worked great! It heats up slow, but when it get's going it works like a charm! Wish it came with more than one pad but for the price, it can't be beat. Highly recommend.

It is nice, does what it says.It would have been great if it the head turned while cleaning.

Went from a swifter wet jet to this and I love it. Only thing I have against it is I wish the arm was stronger.

I bought one of these steam mops years ago, when they first came out. It worked exactly as promised, and got my floors cleaner than they have ever been with minimal effort. After many years of use, the old steam mop finally stopped working, so I knew I had to replace it with another Shark Steam Mop. My only gripe is that the original version came with 2 reusable pads and the new version only comes with one (but the pads from the old mop still fit the new one, so now I have 3).

I have had no problems with it. Works well on stone/tile floors.

I use it to clean my laminate floors. It does the job and the steam generates very quickly. I wish it had a longer cord, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Works very well, lightweight. Great price! Cleans up nicely and sanatizes.

Very basic model. Does not pivot like the other one I had, and takes different style of cleaning pad so the others I have are not compatible. I wish this had been in stock so I could have looked at it before buying it. Price good, so I'll just keep it.
