Firstly, the shipping package arrived in the worst state possible - massive tears and the flimsiest of packaging surrounded by shredded styrofoam pieces is an outrage. How it arrived in one piece is a miracle. The product itself is of poor quality with extremely dim lighting and doesn't heat well. In fact, the default heating time for beverages comes out lukewarm at most. Worthless product.
