sound quality was ok to good.
what I like is that it does NOT fall off your ears as all the ear buds I have had!

Over the ear fitment is very good. Optional hard case give great protection.

I have used them while playing basketball, running, and lifting weights. They never fall off or really move out of place. The audio is great, overall its an amzing product!

For the price these are very impressive. The sound is more consistent than I expected and the bass is heaftier than other open ear headphones i’ve used. The controls are a bit wonky, but the app helped with adjusting what each side does. Overall i’d highly recommend!
Comfortable, but unreliable and stopped working in

The sound quality is decent, but if you’re into bass-heavy music I’d look elsewhere. Comfort-wise, these are great—I could wear them all day without any pain, and the open-ear design is ergonomic. The downsides: Bluetooth pairing is finicky and unreliable, and after only six months the case and earbuds stopped charging altogether. Not sure if it’s the case or the headphones themselves, but either way they’re unusable now. For the price, I expected better durability.
Hi Brock - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your OpenFit Air. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty.
We also recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your Shokz.
There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it.
Please reach out to us if you need further assistance or visit our website directly to submit a warranty claim. Thank you!

Sound quality is great.
Clear sound in noisy environments.
Mic is ok, not as good as older OpenMove.
Battery is great. Lasts a full 8hr work day.
BUT...multipoint pairing is AMAZING. I didn't realize it was simultaneous and it works great!!

Earbuds worth every penny. Super clear on both sides, and super easy to connect and use.

Sounds great!! They are so lightweight, you barely knows that they are on. I tried a couple of different versions and this one was the best for sound and why weight.

The OpenFit Air is absolutely fantastic, I'll get that out of the way, but I compared them with OpenFit and OpenRun Pro. The OpenFit beat both the Air and OpenRun Pro. Bone conducting headphones didnt work for my needs, although they were also great, and the OpenFit beat out OpenFit Air with a little more versatility and sound quality. Side Note: If you're looking to use headphones to play games, the OpenFit Air actually has better response than the OpenFit. For some reason the OpenFit lag about a millisecond, even after firmware update.

Perfect for my use case - walking my dog everyday. It’s good enough for podcasts and casual listening while being able to hear your surroundings. It’s good for this use case but not good enough to be your main earphones.
