These earphones work well for what i use them for. They are for being active and working out and being able to hear your surroundings. They don’t have noise canceling and you’ll hear your surroundings. They don’t fall off and they can take the sweat.

They were light weight and comfortable. I actually forgot I had them on. I liked that it didn't insert into my ear canal too. The sound of podcasts was good to listen. But I ended up returning them the next day because when make a call from inside my home my person said my voice shifted in & out sounding far away and then further away and was difficult to hear even though I was sitting on my couch not moving around at all.

I don't think these are worth the money. They're not that comfortable, I wear glasses (even while running), and I haven't found an easy way to get them on... I usually have to use both hands to manipulate around my ear. When I had the volume controls from the app on the earpieces, at times it would descrease the volume on it's on... I kept reading to see if I could find an explanation and found none. Finally I resolved this to mean that when I hit max volume (but I'm not aware) and tap it again.. it engages a volume decrease to 0...?? Anyway it's annoying. I should have waited and got the bose. Other than that when I run with the commands off on the ear pieces for volume, only using the double tap to skip or pause/play songs my ear ends up feeling a little sore if I use those features during longer runs. I'm petite at 5ft tall ... so maybe they're not a good fit for me. ?? My 2 ¢

I've been using Shokz headphones for years, then I decided to try this true wireless model. I returned them after a couple of days. The concept still applies, the sound is just fine, but they fall off the ear easily.

Does it's job. As an avid and loyal Bose consumer, I bought these because my Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds would not stay put for more that 5 seconds. Sound quality is blah and my daughter says she can hear noise from them when I use them.
I got them for the gym, but are not as immervise for me as other reviews have claimed. Still searching for a gym pair.
Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied wit your OpenFit Air. We recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenFit Air.
OpenFit Air has 4 preset EQ modes and 1 Custom EQ mode. The preset EQ modes: Standard Mode: Balanced frequency, suitable for listening to music on a daily basis; Vocal Mode: Enhance the mid frequency, suitable for listening to music while reading e-books and attending online courses; Bass Boost Mode: Enhance the low frequency, suitable for listening to music with a strong rhythm; Treble Boost Mode: Enhance the high frequency, suitable for listening to elegant light music.
There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it.
