I purchased this leaf blower around Christmas and used it only twice before it completely stopped working. When I contacted Best Buy, I was told they would not assist because it was a third-party purchase.
I then spent over a week dealing directly with the manufacturer, repeatedly following their troubleshooting steps and submitting multiple videos exactly as requested. After all of that, they abruptly stated they could no longer assist me with their own defective product and simply wished me “the best.”
This product failed almost immediately, and both the retailer and manufacturer refused to take responsibility. This is unacceptable customer service and a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against purchasing this blower. Timeline purchases 12/21/25 delivered 12/27/25 contacted Best Buy 1/24/26 contacted the company 1/24/26.
