Don't fall for it!

Best Buy will not refund your money if you purchase the first month's service even if you have paid for everything in their store. Good luck trying to get a refund from Simple Hotspot. There should be a slot for zero stars, because that's what they really deserve. Shame on Best Buy for dealing with a dishonest entity like that!

The simple Mobile people tried to make me buy more data even though I already did. I never used it and returned the hot spot and the data.
